  Management refuse to do their jobs for the simplistic issues can only imagine what would happen if something big would arise yall remember the ice cream machine scandal its that but with the app all over again

  Took a solid 45 minutes for a 6piece kids meal and 2 mcdoubles. Cross eyed lady at the front was rude. All around crap experience.

  ​😠 Slow Service and Zero Communication ​I used the ordering kiosk and was completely ignored afterward. While waiting over forty minutes for my "fast food," I tried to get a drink but was repeatedly overlooked by the staff. ​The wait time was unacceptable. Worse, I received no explanation or apology for the significant delay. ​To the management: If you want to improve the customer experience, you desperately need to train your employees on communication and basic customer service. A simple update on the delay would have made a huge difference. ​Order Method: Kiosk ​Wait Time: Over 40 minutes (unacceptable) ​Customer Service: Poor/Non-existent ​Recommendation: Do not recommend until service improves.

  I remember her face freaking rude.i didn’t get her name but i remember her face.make us wait in the front drive through coz she said next window.and no one’s in there.i ask her instead come to the window she keep saying idk where’s the food with her hand.im just wanna ask its already 3 cars pass and we got there first.and its only nuggets and price.ang guest what when the tall Guy hand our order its already cold.so it means it’s Just setting there.im gonna comeback and will get her name.of u hate your job just quit.

  This morning (10.23.25) I ordered breakfast meal in the drive thru at 7:51am. When I arrived, there were ony two cars ahead of me, whom were in and out. I was given my sandwich and asked to wait at the next window (2) for my iced coffee. While waiting, I checked my sandwich only found that it was not what I ordered and the hashbrown was missing. After waiting 10 minutes they finally bring my coffee. I told the attendant about the sandwich not being correct and missing hashbrown. Now, the coffee I was given was not mine, belonged to someone else. After waiting another 12 minutes, they bring my sandwich and coffee. This time the coffee is not what I ordered and the hashbrown is still missing. It took another 8 minutes for them to bring a single hashbrown. At least 8 out of 10 times my order is incorrect when I visit this location. I am always having to check my order to confirm it is correct. The location is the closest to my home, but not convenient due to all the mistakes and lengthy wait times just to get my orders fixed.
