  This location is just awful. They're always out of everything, and if you order a pickup/delivery order they cancel every time within 5m. They're super short staffed, but also don't hire anyone that applies, which makes it difficult to be empathetic

  Got two quarter pounders with NO ONIONS and one had EXTRA onions and the other had regular onions??? Tried to call the restaurant and the Apple Maps phone number called Domino’s pizza and the google phone number asked for an access code so no way to contact the restaurant

  Good people make food great. 🍔☝🏼🙂 This McDonalds is special- and the people who make this location what it is deserve so much praise. Food hot to order ♨️ great packaging and order accuracy 🛍 and humanity the neighborhood should be proud of. 🙂 ❗️MARIA and her staff have consistently impressed us with there positive family culture, there proffesionalism, and consistency. 👏 We go out of our way to come to this location because they are consistently a relief- the food is familiar and hot to order, accurate every. Single. Time. ⏰️ The staff is why we come. My wife and I met in service, and we know when a staff that is managed with humanity, kindness, and bring it to work. The humility and family spirit, the life spills over. Anybody reading this far might think this is alot- but I think after this long I have to tell you how my visit here today, and in the past has made my night peaceful. For making the lobby a place my family feels safe to eat at night. 🌙 For joking with us in the drive through 🎤 Thank you, McDonalds Potranco. We'll be seeing you soon! 👏🙂

  I live right around the corner from this McDonald’s, and we go here quite often and almost every single time they managed to either add things to the meal that aren’t ours and subtract what is ours or gives us the wrong size the wrong food gives us things that we’ve taken off of our order like onions or tomatoes for allergies and they’ll give us items with those anyways not a good McDonald’s overall customer service seems to be pretty shotty

  This store is always really bad. This time just made no sense. Had me pull to the front and wait for my single double cheeseburger. Cool, it should be hot atleast. Ten minutes later im given a not even warm burger. I swear it was like one they'd just found lying around from a half hour before. Honestly just seems like a staff that could care less.
