Come to this McDonald’s often because of the convenience but lately this place has been filthy can’t imagine if the lobby is always a mess wonder what their kitchen looks like. May be worth the longer drive for a cleaner McDonald’s. They had the plenty of employees just walking around ignoring the customers at the counter.

The most rude customer service inside & the drive thru. It so ugly to always get attitude from workers. Everything had extra salt, fries tasted old & my burger was burnt . I don’t recommend wasting your time and money at this location .

Avoid this location always messing up the orders missing items today as an example they had no hotcakes got home didn't have my hash browns avoid this location the management obviously sucks and has no clue how to run a restaurant

This location is the closest to our home, but honestly, I would rather drive farther to receive better service than what we’ve experienced here. Our orders are often incorrect, or we end up waiting far too long for our food.
For example, tonight we placed a simple order for a chicken nugget meal, yet it took 20 minutes to receive it. When I tried to get the attention of the young employees working there, they were extremely rude and dismissive. I eventually had to call the manager, who brought out our order as if nothing had happened.
This level of service is unacceptable. Someone at the corporate level truly needs to step in, address the issues at this location, and consider starting fresh with a new, properly trained team.
