  Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve had. We waited 30–40 minutes just for a 20 piece nugget and a basket of fries, which is ridiculous. Most of the workers showed no respect at all rolling their eyes ignoring customers and acting like we were a problem for asking about our order. The only positive thing was the manager on shift Luis once we spoke to him he handled the situation right away and made us fresh nuggets and fries with no attitude. The difference in professionalism was clear. This location seriously needs more employees like him and better customer service overall.

  I had to change my rating from 5 star to 1 star because it seems like after I left the 5 star review and receiving outstanding service for so long, recently it's just been downhill. Not sure if all the good employees quit because today the employee admitted they were short staffed. I ordered 2 chicken sandwhiches and a large fry, and it took them about 23 minutes to get my food out to me. At least 4 other people BEHIND me in the drive thru got their orders before me and for someone with only a 30 minute lunch break, losing 23 minutes of it waiting in the drive thru is outrageous. Hopefully someone will see this and make some changes to get this location back on track.

  If you ask for something to be done a certain way it’s a 80% chance it’s not gonna be done correctly. They are out of items on their menu so often, I’ve come ask if they have certain things in stock. They will tell me yes on the intercom without checking, then have to tell me they don’t have it once I get to the window. Haven’t been able to order a milkshake or frappe from them for months, it’s been out so long I’ve stopped checking if it’s still out or not. I’ve had entire items missing from my order, I get watered down soda often, if there’s a line expect to wait 30 minutes or more, and they somehow run out of ketchup for a few days monthly, sometimes multiple times a month. Easily the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to in my life.

  Expect inconsistency at this location. I have been coming to this McDonald's my entire life, and it is painful to watch the efficiency decline over the years. ​The service model has shifted heavily toward automation to the detriment of the customer experience. If you go inside, do not expect service at the counter; staff often ignore the register, forcing you to use the kiosk. If you use the app for drive-thru or curbside, be careful—if you don't check in immediately, the system frequently auto-cancels orders. ​Most frustrating is the reliability. 'Open 24 Hours' feels misleading here. The overnight availability is inconsistent, and I’ve often been turned away with the excuse that they are 'preparing breakfast' during posted operating hours. If you do order McNuggets, factor in a significant wait time. I want to see this location succeed because of the history I have here, but the current management and workflow make it a gamble every time.
