Manager didn’t like that I was telling her how to deal with a unsatisfied customer and she practically threw my order into my hands. Worst part is my son works there and he has to take orders from managers who don’t even know how to do there own job nevertheless teach young people how to do there’s. They should all be fired replaced with managers who know how to do there jobs right.

Which means they served it cold overall it's hard to mess up a McDonald's order and be that incompetent at every aspect. But they managed to do it
- IPisabel perezOct 31, 20251.0My husband went to get food and came home when I took a bite out of my burger it has a short black/brown hair when we called to tell them she said we ain’t got no girls working here mind you my husband saw girls working we didn’t care about a refund but atleast acknowledge and say I’m sorry about that instead of saying yeah we ain’t got girls working here I’m assuming it was a WOMEN manager. NEVER GOING BACK !! DONT GO UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD IN YOUR BURGER AND NO APOLOGY FOR IT!
