- SRSt Ramz2 days ago1.0There is always an issue with this McDonald's location on Ingram and Callaghan. There is constant employee turnover. Overall the food is mediocre and service is beyond below average. My last experience left me shocked at how lazy people can be. I ordered a 20 piece nugget meal and a 6 piece nugget mighty kids meal. I was told to move forward to the last window to wait for my food. Almost 15 mins later when the staff member brought my food to the window on a tray I didn't get my nugget dipping sauce. So I asked for it again There and the staff member gave me only 2 of 2 kind. I asked for more of one because 2 would not be enough for 20 nuggets. The staff member stated I don't have anymore here and placed their hand on the window seemingly as if I would say ok they close the window and I drive off. Instead I stated I'll wait and to this the staff member said ugh, slightly bent down and grabbed more dipping sauce from a lower shelf. Avoid this location if possible. Do not recommend.
