  The customer service has gone to crap, they find pay attention to your order. The coins are even crappier! They do not pay attention to the order that cashiers are putting through. The food is gone worse, the nuggets and French fries are always stale.

  STOPPED TO GET SOMETHING QUICK AFTER WORK AND IT WAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO MANNERS, NO RESPECT, NO ETIQUETTE, AND DEFINITELY NOT EVER ORDERING FROM THIS MCDONALD'S ON PRUE AND BABCOCK AGAIN. VERY, VERY POOR LEADERSHIP! GIRL AT THE WINDOW WITH ALL THE EYELINER BECAME VERY UPSET BECAUSE I ASKED HER TO REPEAT MY ORDER SINCE I ORDERED 3 McDOUBLES BUT SHE PUT FOR 4. CLOSED THE WINDOW WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING ELSE, SO I DROVE OFF. MANEGMENT ONLY SAYS " CAN YOU EXPLAIN, A LONG WITH A LINK, AND WE'LL MAKE IT BETTER." THEY NEVER DO. THE OWNER SHOULD BE VERY EMBARRASSED. ON THE OTGER HAND, MCDONALD'S ON MARBACH AND 410 DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, BUT BECAUSE THIS ONE IS ON PRUE AND BABCOCK, THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE TOP OF THE LINE AND THEY ARE LITERALLY BENEATH THE LINE. WHAT AN EMBARRASSMENT!!! FOR A CHILDCARE RUNS IT!!!

  Be VERY careful if you risk stopping here! It's not worth it. They will serve you raw burgers. I order the triple cheeseburger and the patty in the middle was raw. I didn't even think they actually cooked them here, just warm them up, but idk. Either way it was raw. Absolutely disgusting.

  On my visit to the Mc Donald's I ordered a sausage Mc. muffin by its self for my autistic son who literally only eats this sandwich every week. Because of my son's disability its very hard to get him to eat sometimes and I was really looking forward to him getting his breakfast. I was handed a small bag by a general manager named Antonio that was in a rush and very very short when he opened the sliding door. He was not friendly and when I tried to ask him for ketchup he made a face and grabbed two ketchup and handed it to me . I didn't look in my bag till I got home and to my son's and my disappointment it was just a hashbrown. I tried calling to let them know that their manager handed the complete wrong order and the response i got back was very mean and rude and I would like to send the video/audio to someone in corporate..because it was the worst experience I have ever had .
