  Love the meal deals you can’t beat that especially if your on a budget . Just a quick pick up place

  I always go there and they always give me my wrong order and I always ask him if it's what I ordered a Happy meal with nuggets and they always give me hamburger and then when I want a hamburger to give me nuggets and this is like the 10th time and every time I called her phone is always busy that's the worst service I ever had in my entire life

  Do not go to this location.Do not go to McDonald's.They have lost their touch way long ago.There are kids working here who are very rude.The managers are even worse.The food is very poor quality and They will park you for a happy meal and mcchicken for over 20 minutes. No joke, then when you go to the window to get your money back, managers come that don't even speak English or so they act like it. Then I try calling the next day cause i didn't see the refund applied, And they just say please hold and leave you on hold for as long as they can. They never came to the phone. You cannot get anywhere with this fast food restaurant anymore. Its not what it used to be

  Do yourself a favor if you plan on eating in and letting your kids play on the playground. Put them in a hazmat suit, pick up your food from the valley high location and bring it to this one. You will save yourself an extraordinary amount of time waiting on your food and they will be less likely to mess up your order and definitely less likely to forget half of your food if you dont order from them at all. Absolutely waste of a franchise. There is absolutely 0 reason to have 4 people working the fryer at once and not having anyone on the front counter. Also if you are going to attempt to correct your mistakes dont take off with the receipt and never come back. On a complete side note I would give 5 stars to the girl that was running orders outside. Wasn't your place to step in and fix the issues but you did anyway and thats super appreciated. Also if you are the owner and not concerned with the reported average times, its because your employees clear it out then make the customer wait 15 minutes for the food. Your establishment is absolutely garbage
