  It doesn't matter how you order, on the app or in-person... and it doesn't matter if you order one thing... you will still have to pull up and park and wait 15 minutes to get your food. Save yourself the time and go to the valley hi location.

  As I walk in!! A new grown lady is crying and breaking down on how she doesn't understand the way of the system!! A HUGE man/lady manager was yelling her...."well we think your moving to slow"!!!

  Always long lines at night the night manager tried to tell me i couldn't pay with change and i said are you serious ? Mind u it was like 4$ he just walked away . the morning shift workers are very different, they get the cars out quick and are attentive .night and day difference literally.

  Its a place my family always eats at whether it be breakfast or dinner. Sometimes its really good but in the mornings it gets really bad. I feel as though the staff either is run thin or gets really petty in the morning. Ending up with orders mixed or food not made right at all to the point where it could be downright disgusting :(

  just horrible i called and called no answer to let them know about my order. Not sure if phone line is working. when i was waiting for my order you see managers walking and some staff smoking outside by dine in door. What’s the point of having a phone line if managers can’t answer.
