If you want to wait 30 minutes or more for cold food, come here. After going around the drive through line again they made me fresh food, and threw the fries in the bag for good measure.

Tables were dirty and we asked if someone could clean a specific table since there were 5 of us. We got our cups but no one came to clean yet. So I asked for a rag to clean the table and I a customer cleaned my own table. When the manager came upto me I told her what transpired she apologized. I told her the floor is wet and I couldn't clean it up she said well can you sit somewhere else. I replied "Where? Were 5." She replied ok I'll get someone to come mop the floor. Food was your typical McDonald's quality no complaints but due to the lack of care to clean the tables or floor I would never return to this location. Also we did look for other areas to sit but there were many tables dirty.

My husband ordered a Triple Cheeseburger around 11:40 a.m., but the screen displayed it as a McDouble. When he mentioned it, the employee responded, “On my end it’s a Triple Cheese,” and gave him a bit of attitude at the window. He verified it again before paying and was reassured it was correct.
When we got home, it turned out to be a Double Cheeseburger, not the Triple he ordered and paid for. It was disappointing, especially after confirming it multiple times. A little more attention to detail and professionalism from the staff would have made all the difference.
I hope management can review this with the team to ensure better communication and customer service in the future.

Felt discriminated felt that I didn’t meet their standards to be in the playground area with my nephew. They told me that they were having a crew meeting/management meeting and in the process they allowed other people to go in there with their children while we were told to sit out in the lobby while they have their meeting do not highly recommend this location to anybody

This is the worst McDonald’s that I have ever been to. They have no clue what they are doing in there . Especially that older lady that runs the line . We have been waiting for 25 mins to get our order and then when I finally decide to go up there they get all rude about it. You have people waiting and waiting . I asked for a refund and she yells out it’s coming your food is coming and slams the code on the counter . I check my coffee it just plain black don’t even know if it’s decaf cause that lady just walked away. I asked for the manager and I explained her the situation and she says I’ll get u the right order.. Then I see her start a new patch off coffee apparently there was no decaf that older lady gave me regular coffee.. Worst McDonald’s ever.
