It shouldn't take a fast food restaurant 20+ minutes to barely take a order, and not to mention another 15 after your order is taken only to be told "please park in a spot and we will bring it out to you" and then that takes another 10 to 15 minutes!

However, the woman who brought my order to the last window was very rude and lacked basic manners. Her behavior was unprofessional and disappointing. If she does not enjoy her job, she should consider finding employment elsewhere. Customers deserve to be treated with respect. A simple Thank you or You’re welcome goes a long way.
