  I went through the drive thru I was having a hard time understanding the speaker. I had to ask him to repeat himself more than once Finally, got my order through NFL bundle I was already in line for about 10 minutes Had to wait another 10 minutes for my order. I get home and only received half my order So I had to go back only cause I was going to feed half of my grandkids.so I get to McDonalds and again there’s a long line thru the drive thru So I park my car and get off So I go to counter there’s an open space And I stood there no one approached me to ask if I needed something so I asked I would like to speak to a manager one of the employees looked at the lady in front of her And as I explained why I was there She asked me if I didn’t get my spicy burgers I said no she looked at me got a bag and grabbed the spicy burgers and gave them to me And walked away Poor management skills No apologies or offered anything for the inconvenience I am no longer going to that McDonalds again I always say that cause I’ve been to that location and employees always have attitude and as long as they keep us waiting they shouldn’t have attitude be more courteous isn’t it supposed to be fast food so why the long wait This happened 1/4/26

  I have been going to this restaurant for years and have never had an issue even though the service is slow and customer service is not great. I went there recently and waited for 45 minutes for 2 items and an employee yelled, cursed and screamed at me in front of customers for asking where my food was and threatened to call the cops as a paying customer. Do not recommend coming here at all. Disrespectful crew and managers are no help.

  Every single time we go to the McDonald’s near our home it’s always an issue. They always make you move ahead even when the order can be given to you right away. They were supposed to open at 7 am and they never answered until 7:10 to take the order. They are always so careless and just not goin on time management when it comes to getting the food out fo the customers. Always seem to be behind or in a rush. Might just need a new team altogether.

  Long wait time through the drive through at night pushing only two cars foward at a time taking about 3o to 45 mints to move each car up its horribly bad either something going on no one doing their jobs

  The new look is nice but I feel they should still have a cashier taking orders for people who do not know how to use the kiosk. Also there's a wall at the register up front that makes you feel like it was put there purposely so employees are not bothered by customers. Very impersonal. Also if you want a refill, need extra napkins or anything else you have to hope you get seen at the register and ask for it. There's no one to great you or to offer help at the kiosk. In my picture this is the wall I mentioned in my comment.
