Managers don’t care , and it shows in their staff, they believe that the kiosk that you order from means they don’t have to talk to you when theirs an issue . Part of my order given 20min after I ordered then we were blessed with the second part 20 min later , AFTER I WAITING IN TJE FRONT COUNTER FOR 20min McDonalds franchise owner !! WAKE UP!!! - DGDerek GarzaOct 27, 20251.0Employee's unfortunately at McDonald's have been trained to no longer interact or treat guests as valued customers. There food has stayed the same, which is good but is now almost 4 times the price. I tried to order at the counter, like you would at any other fast food chain, and was told they would not take my order I had to use a screen and order myself because I was just wasting time waiting at the counter and no one intended on serving me. I'd prefer not to touch the screens to order because they are dirty, and I enjoy interaction and good customer service. It's sad to know that many of our found childhood memories of McDonald's won't be shared by our children when we can go to Whataburger for the same price and be treated like family.
