I just saw the video of your CEO reluctantly trying the new arch burger taking a small bite while also calling it a "product". Pretty self explanatory there, seems like burger meat is made out of anything but meat. Never eating McDonald's ever again.

I genuinely cannot believe how atrocious the customer services at this location.
I placed a very specific order and asked multiple times for it to be repeated back to me because I couldn’t see the screen. I was ignored. When I got my receipt, I immediately noticed my burger was wrong and addressed it at the window. They took it back to “remake” it.
I get home and open the burger — and it’s still wrong. They very clearly did not remake it.
This wasn’t a simple mistake. This was a complete lack of listening, accountability, and basic customer service. I did everything I could on my end to prevent the error, and they still managed to send me home with the wrong food.
If you can’t handle repeating an order back to a customer or properly remaking a burger after being told it’s wrong, there’s a serious training issue happening here.
Absolutely unacceptable.

I’ve been here a few times and it wasn’t all that bad. I actually just got done DoorDash Ing food to my house and the free additional Mc griddle had hair in it and I literally just tossed it because I was not about to be put up with her today, it was like a long piece of hair. Definitely taking this location off.

This place always have you pull into a parking spot they are far to slow and never fill your frys up they give about half on what which ever size you order

I ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich with fries and 2 sides of hot honey sauce for a DoorDash order and they gave me a burger with hot honey on it and instead of the sides of hot honey they gave me hot mustard.
