I order from the app to try and save some time and money on my orders. I love the convenience of having just to pull up and give the drive thru my number and it totally recognizes me and my orders. The staff is super courteous and extremely friendly. They are very helpful when it comes to asking me if I require anything else to complete my order. The food is always hot,prepared to my satisfaction, comes with the correct condiments, and I have never had any issues with this location nor the very welcoming staff. This establishment is very clean and friendly. I would definitely recommend coming to this location. I usually frequent in the after hours. Thank you to the great staff at this location for your hard work and dedication to your business.

This particular McDonald’s location is notorious for poor service. They routinely take your order, hand you only the drinks, and immediately ask you to park while you wait for your food. This time was no different. After finally receiving our order, we went home—mind you, we live only four minutes away—only to be extremely disappointed. I ordered my children’s meals and a large fry for myself. When I opened the bag, the fries were overcooked, and the large fry container was barely half full. This level of service and food quality is unacceptable.

The girl at the window/order screen was in a foul mood, gave me more than enough attitude for the year and it’s 1/1. She refused to drop pies at first, and tried to argue about the fact they can do that but she said they could not. She had a smirk on her face and just needs to be moved to the line, maybe be In charge of dropping more pies when you don’t have enough to fulfill an order!!! This is not my choice McDonald’s but my usual was closed to power wash their drive thru.

It slightly brothers me that this location has a 30 minute rule, of only staying for 30 minutes while you eat. As a college student I'm much more likely to pick a quiet corner, use the wifi for school work, and buy food/drinks as I'm sitting there. With the 30 minute rule, it's a lot less ideal. I understand no soliciting, but I'm literally giving them business and sitting quietly. I recommend they change that rule, and they might get more customers. The managers here are overbearing as well, and it really ruins the vibe/atmosphere.

I walk in to ask a question about what was it saying on the app and a guy who says he's the manager here named Anthony was very rude and unprofessional how he became a manager of this place his mind-boggling to me but I will never come to this McDonald's again and I would hope whoever reads this don't come to this McDonald's
