  Absolutely Terrible Service at McDonald’s on Walzem Road (San Antonio) I’ve never experienced such poor customer service at a McDonald’s before. The drive-thru workers at this location are completely incompetent and unprofessional. They’re rude, impatient, and constantly yelling at customers instead of taking orders properly. They cut people off mid-sentence and refuse to let customers clarify their orders. On top of that, they hide the deals and discounts that McDonald’s advertises and won’t honor them even when shown proof. It honestly feels like they’re trying to make the process as unpleasant as possible. This location seriously needs better training and management oversight—basic customer service, communication, and respect are clearly missing here. Until they fix their staff’s behavior, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

  Why make the coffee I ordered as soon as I pulled up to the drive thru window. Then you have me pull to the front waited 6 minutes. This doesn't account for the fact I was in the drive thru line for 8 minutes. Waited for my coffee, had to get out. Girl, at the front said she was looking for me. I was parked by the door lier. What pissed me off is I was understanding that you all were busy and couldn't put the creamer and sugar inside my coffee but to not put any in my bag at all is criminal.

  I had a very bad experience. I'm still waiting for my refund for an uncompleted purchase! The woman who claimed to be the owner was incredibly rude; she refused to cancel my order and still hasn't given me a refund. I've contacted customer service twice and they haven't resolved anything yet. I think I've lost some money, but they're losing their dignity as a restaurant.

  Customer Service is not known here. Very rude every time I order. Today I asked for a large coffee for the (monopoly) game piece. They tried to give me a coffee cup without the game. When I asked why they didn’t have it, they ran to the back to get me a cup. Why don’t they have them in the front to use?
