  Tables were dirty , the employees had Attitude , had no care in the world. The cashier lady was also rude to a friend of mine and also one employee was scratching his head and continued to cook the fries right after.

  Wish I could give this place 0 stars place was so nasty not a single clean table no ice in the machine no one at any table had food manager not helping crew maintenance guy straching his head then dropping frys without washing hands took 25 minutes for a 20 piece and a basket of frys they argue with you won't give you the drink you paid for at the kiosk. Employee went on break got food before we did

  Hard to order because the kiosks aren't always working correctly, and there's no one there to personally wait on your order unless you yell for them.

  Worse Macdonalds in my opinion of keeping up with orders they skipped me and gave my order to someone else and all I get is a sorry for waiting so long and supposedly give me fresh food which I know is not ! I try to give them an opportunity because this ain't the first time they done this too me and again skipped me and basically forgot about me never coming here make sure you tell your employees where you tell customers which area they are at so they stop looking lost and stop messing up orders not organized manager needs to step it up and get the employees to do better with taking orders to customers the correct one and not giving it away to the wrong customer!

  I ordered 2x40 piece nuggets and 2 large fries on the app. My son went in to pick it up and in true child fashion, he did not check the order before leaving the store. When we got home we realized there were only 2x17 piece nuggets in the 2 bags we were given. I called the store and they said we could come back or wait until a later date. I choose to come back immediately as I had a lot of hungry people to feed. When I got back, I told the kid at the counter I had just talked to someone (I told him her name) about the order and I needed my 40 piece nugget. He said someone would be right with me. 20 minutes later, I was still waiting. I was then asked if I'd been helped, I said kind of and explained the situation again. Bottom line, I waited about 35 minutes before I was given my 40 nuggies and a line of angry people had formed behind me because not 1 employee came to help anyone in the front. I assume they were expected to use the kiosk. Some man started making some noise and then we all got helped.
