  The little girls at this store location have no customer service tracing what’s so ever!!! Went to drive through and you could just hear how unhappy she is. It’s sad to see nothing but teens working at this location and they are all just drained of life! When paying I said thank you, no response! Was told to wait wait for my order for 20 mins when the store was at its slowest! And when approaching my vehicle was told “here” again I said thank you and no response. SMH 🤦🏻‍♀️ I like the Walmart in this area nd my family was hungry so I stopped nd it was just a depressing experience!

  The slowest McDonald’s in San Antonio, you will literally wait 20 -25 minutes for a happy meal… and then if they mess up on your order, it’s evidently your fault lol. Managers could never keep enough staff for a decent flow.

  Dirty and unprofessional, no one at the counter to take orders, drink station dirty, floor not swept, employees rude. While I was waiting in line the person in front of me was waiting on a refund for his cookies cause he was waiting so long. Will not return and 100% recommend another McDonald.

  I get my daily coffee at McDonald’s . I use my .99 offer thru my app and random times I grab an apple pie to McMuffin , if I won’t be able to stop and grab my everything bagel @starbucks . I get very busy and don’t have time to eat often , til around 11 pm when I finish my day working. So I get a large hot coffee w/espresso . And they add my exact sugar and cream ! It’s perfect every time for me ! And did yall know McDonalds has 6, different types of real apple in their pies ??? I literally like to figure out how many are in each pie. You can taste the type you bite into. I can’t do the fried pies at the other fast food places . Inside is undercooked and slimy under the flash fried crust. And they taste like a fake applesauce substitute in them. I also appreciate the @McDonalds on Vance Jackson’s Morning crew ! And the location at Bandera Rd and St Cloud . The know me when I pull up and are very good people. It always makes my start of the day great .My perfect cup of coffee with a fresh chocolate chip cookie or hot apple pie gets my day going every time !!! I definitely recommend McDonalds on Bandera or Vance Jackson for Hot Coffee or a Frappe and stop by with the morning crew !!!

  I went in on January 30, 2026 some time around 6:20P to get something quick to eat after work on the way home. I have never been to this location but it’s McDonald’s they are all pretty much the same. I was wrong. After ordering and paying I pulled up to the window after another car just pulled away. There was already another car waiting at the 3rd window for their order. I was told by the young man at the window that my food was being “made to order “ and if I could park in slot 1 to wait for my order. Clearly the person that was waiting ahead of me was already mad that they had been waiting because I saw her get out of her car and go inside to get her food. I got my food maybe 5 minutes after and headed home only to open my bag to half empty Large fries which were old and soggy, a greasy burger box which I discovered was raw after biting in to it. Per the pictures attached. If this is made to order and having to pull away from the window so they could make it fresh then just avoid the place and shut it down. As a follow up. I went in the next day to get my refund and whatever area or regional manager was there decided she wanted to ignore me. As I walked in I was not greeted by anyone or even acknowledged. As the shorter woman with long black hair and glasses stepped out from behind the counter I attempted to get her attention by saying “excuse me.” Figuring she didn’t hear me I said again “excuse me, ma’am. “ I was again ignored so I said it a third time louder and she just kept walking away from me and went straight to the thermostat or something like that and just didn’t seem to care that a customer was there needing assistance. I then asked for a manager to get another gentleman, bald heavy set guy who was not in uniform but seemed to be there working. He did the same thing and ignored me but the young lady that was there called over a supervisor. I forget his name but I was there at 11:06Am on 01/31/2026. I explained to him why I was there just as the “higher up” as he called her was walking behind the counter. I let it be known how she ignored me and she just looked at me up and down and walked away to go hide in the back. The supervisor helped me out and was able to get me my refund. If that woman was an area manager or whatever she needs to realize that the customers are why she even has a job. If what I see from reviews of this location are true management needs to be retrained or that place needs to be shut down.
