  horrible. ever since they started getting timed on drive through they started making you park to get out of line and off their timer then they forget about you and take your receipt back to get your order cause you aren't even on the cue anymore. I would have rated my food but ive yet to receive it although ive been waiting 30 minutes

  Decided to try my nearest McDonald's. Not sure if I'd go back. My double quarter pounder with cheese is as hard as a rock. Fries were salted well. Nuggets are crispy. I was very disappointed in the burger though. Staff in the drive thru were very polite and friendly

  No ketchup no napkins my kids meal had like 4 fries in the box waited in the stall 1 for our food for it to still be wrong I understand it’s fast food so I went inside stood at counter for who knows how long everyone just staring at me no one acknowledged me I finally got frustrated asked a girl can I just get ketchup I didn’t even care about the food mess up at this point I just wanted to get out and leave I most likely won’t return to this location it’s poor service to not acknowledge your customer in between your work but I guess that’s not something practiced now a days

  This McDonald has always been a hit or miss and I never really complained when we ordered a quarter pounder with bacon and they forget the bacon (most of the time they do forget it) but today I reached a new point. I placed my order at the kiosk at 3:28(non rush hour) to dine in. We sat at the table right next to the door and waited. We waited for 30 mins for our food. There was maybe 2 families in the dinning area. The drive thru maybe 4-6 cars. Understandable it can be busy, BUT YOU HAVE 4 people working and bagging the orders along with a manager helping out. When we went up to the counter to ask about our food, the one girl could not find it. She started to search through bags until she came across ours that had been sitting there till god knows when. It was pushed into a corner. Mind you they were calling other orders that came in after us. The switched out the fries because they were cold (tells you how long it was sitting up there). However those fries they gave us where cold too. But no apologies or anything like that. On top of that they stuff other items in our bag that didn’t belong to us giving off the impression they didn’t know whose order it was and what they got. So whoever ordered those item might of gotten our food if we didn’t say anything We went to the soda machine, it was a mess soda on the floor and all over the counter top. I go for a Dr Pepper it was out coco cola out. Everything besides sprite was out. I couldn’t get a single person to tell them. But I’m not going to wait another 30 mins for a drink. I expected a little bit better than this. We just took our stuff and left

  New years stopped by after 12 am maybe around 1 am and it said open on the website but nobody answered. Today 1/26 at 4am my bf went to go get me coffee and he was at the speaker for 10 minutes and nobody answered. Both times it looked like no one was in the store or drive thru. Is this place not a 24 hr store? Whoever yall got there the overnight shift need to be checked cause they just not helping anybody who go through
