  All the tables except 2 were dirty. There was trash on the tables and food on the floor. The pic of the fries on the floor were there when we walked in. We were there 30 mins and they were still there. Our order came out wrong and the burgers had onions when we requested no onions. We went to get drinks and they didn’t have ice. There were no lids for the small cups. My daughter 9yrs old went to ask for one and the lady kept walking by her. I saw my daughter say “excuse me” at least twice and the lady didn’t acknowledge her. Finally she kid but told her to hold on and went to do something else. All she wanted to ask for was a lid.

  Nothing about this location is “Fast Food.”Count on a 20-40 minute wait at a numbered parking spot for basic food items. 9/10 times they’ll pull you into a numbered spot. Your food (will) be cold or stale. I always try to keep it as simple as possible for this reason. I wish I could say it was one bad experience but you can almost count on it to be the same way every single time. It’s sad this is the only MCD’s near my home. I’ll just avoid here for a good while and see if anything has changed later down. Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry or on lunch break! I will say, the morning crew has it down. Older gentleman with the stache has great customer service also.

  Me and my Husband came in here for lunch, and I won’t lie, the food was made correctly, everything came out quickly, but the issues can in the way employees were treating other employees. As we were getting ready to leave a girl (who doesn’t look older than 18) accidentally dropped an order for carry out. She apologized and then went over to her team lead to tell her “I’m sorry but I dropped this can we remake it” the team lead (didn’t get her name but she had glasses on and had her hair Halloween themed) proceeded to then yell at her while holding a carry out try in her hand and state “you see these??? Next time use it” then throws it in her direction leaving not only me but other customers in the store shocked. The girl looked shocked as well but still continued to work. When I asked to speak to a manager about this situation the Manager herself proceeded to brush it off as is this wasn’t something she cared about. As someone who has been in the food industry for years I will say I have never seen someone treat staff with rudeness like this before. As walking out as well the lady who threw the carry out tray proceeded to talk smack and stay “BYEEE” and try to be rude. This restaurant has a horrible attitude inside and needs to be addressed.

  This is not a good McDonald’s and that saying something because it’s McDonalds. The staff is hit or miss but mostly miss. I’ve had a couple of them be super polite and professional but mostly I have to repeat my order several times because either they can’t hear or they’re not listening. I would bank on not listening since the last time I went through, there were 2 extra people chillin’ with the one taking the drive through orders and payment. Maybe it’s an understaffing issue or maybe it’s something else but this fast food is rarely fast. I’m often asked to park and wait for my order (which they get right about 60% of the time). My biggest pet peeve is that they’re always out of hot mustard which is the only sauce I use. Once in a while? Ok, maybe. But 3 times this month? No. You have a problem. I tried to use the app one time. The girl told me that they weren’t getting any orders from the app right now and tried to get me to just order at the window. I explained I had already paid in the app and she wasn’t rude but just kind of like “not my problem, did you want to place an order?” It took me days to get my money back through the app. Another time I tried to just give them the code from the app and the kid at the speaker had no idea what to do and left for several minutes before coming back and actually taking the code. All this to say, there’s another McDonalds up 151 about a mile. Go there. The distance is worth it. You might ask why I’ve still gone here after all this and the answer is I really don’t know. Sometimes you just want McDonald’s and this one is close.

  This McDonalds is possibly the slowest fast food restaurant i’ve ever been to. I moved to this area about two years ago and will sometimes frequent this McDonald’s as it’s the closest to me and I always order ahead through the app, without fail I am ALWAYS directed to one of the curbside spots to wait 15-20 minutes even if I’ve ordered ahead on the app. Today, we decided to try going into the restaurant itself and ordering there. We used the self service kiosk and none of the keypads were working. I had to print my receipt and go to the cash register to finish paying for my order. There were two people in front of me, one of them was a family of two and the other was an off clock employee. We watched multiple pass the register for 15 MINUTES. Finally, an employee running meals to curbside told another employee to please help us at the counter. The employee came and helped us and the off the clock employee got her food before I was even able to be helped and before the family of two that was in front of both of us got their food. Lack of urgency and communication at this restaurant and has very poor management because why in the two years has none of this been addressed.
