    I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your drive-through location.I arrived at the drive-through and waited at the speaker for over two minutes without being greeted or acknowledged. Since I had already placed a mobile order, I proceeded to pull forward to the window. There was a car ahead of me, and I waited behind it for approximately five minutes before reaching the window.When I informed the manager at the window that I had a mobile order, he rolled his eyes and, in a very disrespectful tone, told me that I “cannot do that” and that I had to wait at the speaker, emphasizing that there was only one person taking orders and that someone had been in front of me. I calmly responded “okay,” after which he abruptly told me to pull up.I then politely asked for my receipt. The manager sighed heavily, rolled his eyes again, and reluctantly printed and handed it to me. His behavior throughout the interaction was unprofessional, dismissive, and unnecessary. I understand that being short-staffed can be stressful; however, that does not justify snapping at customers or displaying disrespectful body language—especially from a manager who is responsible for leading a team and representing your brand. As a customer, I was simply trying to receive my order, and I did not deserve to be treated in that manner.I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed appropriately. I believe customers should be treated with respect, regardless of staffing challenges or workload. Thank you for your time and attention.

    The employees here were awesome!! When I first ordered my food, the self checkout machines didn't give me a receipt, so I went to the counter to ask for one and was treated so nicely and was immediately asked what I need help with! After sitting down, my food came out extremely fast, almost as soon as I sat down. The place was also very clean and tidy compared to other McDonald's I've been to. When leaving, multiple employees wished me and my friends a good weekend. This was the best McDonald's experience I've ever had!

    One of the worst service I order online three McGriddles meal, went to pick up my order The employees didn't even started on my order then accused me not paying for our order. We show proof that we did pay our order, it's still messed up our order gave us two McGriddles instead of three so I had to wait again. Approximately 40 minutes from the time I ordered. I wish there was an option where I can give zero stars.
