So I really don’t like going to any McDonald’s because they’re all rude. I decided that I would give this McDonald’s a try cause it’s close by my house get to the drive-through. We waited 35 minutes for somebody to come on the speaker because we already have placed our order online then when they come on the speaker they say go to the front door we go to the front door waiting for our food then they tell us to go to the third window. We waited over an hour for our food .. this is so unprofessional and time-consuming McDonald’s y’all need to get it together for real. I’

Website says it's open 24 hours attempted to order showed up and was denied order had to cancel due to the false advertisement issue ces of website. Went out of my way done been lied to over website service it says it has and eventually turns out it doesn't offer certain services. Let's me know of the mindset of the owner.

I asked for a large hot caramel machiatto and got lukewarm creamer in a cup half filled. I also asked for a bacon egg and cheese bagel but its hard as a rock. Not really sure what happened this morning but super disappointed

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was here for a door dash order. We could not go inside due to the late night time, so we had to use the drive through. When we first arrived we were told “well be right with you”. I told the employee we were there for a door dash order after a few minutes waiting, but no answer. After around 10 waiting at the drive through waiting for the employee to take our order, we are finally able to tell her that we are there for a door dash order. We proceed to continue to wait , 10 minutes pass by…. Then 20 minutes pass by… after a fee more minutes, i finally get to the window, and once again, I tell the employee im there fir the door dash order and tell her the customers name. She proceeds to bring me a bag and ask me “is this the one?” ….. well shouldn't you know ? …..
Overall , don’t waste your time, they take ridiculously long, and the customer service is not good. I was waiting for over 30 minutes for a door dash order when it should have already been ready, and when I arrived there was only 2 cars in front of me. The order was only 3 items.
