Ordered 2 burgers. Waited 10 minutes to pull up to the second windows. Person in front of me was asked to park. I saw his order 1 burger no ketchup. When I was asked to wait and park, I said no. 2 burgers 15 minutes. I asked for my money back. Worst run restaurant in America, far as I'm concerned. Totally incompetent staff and their manager. Kid said" I don't know we're trying to make burgars".

Was told I can't use my military discount because I had 1 regular meal with a happy meal for my kid....wow. this is the only McDonald's that does this and I wish I got the woman name that denied me

The manager Cynthia has the nastiest attitude. I had a rewards code and I wanted to use a deal code. I’ve done this before never had a problem. You can order the deal first and do another order for the rewards . When I asked for a manager , she came and didn’t even acknowledge me she directed herself to her associate at the drive threw and said “ if he wants to use a deal he can only use one and o was explaining she she cut me off and said no it doesn’t work that way . I said fine I don’t want anything and left . Even google says that you can use this method lol . The manage is incompetent for her position and has absolutely no customer service . I didn’t get my breakfast there but I went to another one near by and guess what ? I was able to do the thing she said it’s not how it works lol . Avoid this one at all costs . Never coming back based on her attitude . I called and I knew it was her the same manager that was rude in person . I’ll be reporting this to HR . #mcdobaldscorporate ( see attached picture of google )
