I’m just at the point where I just order my food for dine in and be able to enjoy the free refills. Also everytime I come in there’s always homeless people/sketchy/blackout drunk people in there. Other than that I always get good/ok service from the employees.

We ordered food, the ketchup dispenser was empty so I had to ask foe ketchup salt and pepper, black supervisor looked upset, almost annoyed that I asked, she gave me two ketchup, 3 peppers, 2 salts. Thought it was taken awhile for the food so I got up and a customer was bringing are food back, they gave it to the wrong family. I then asked the same angry faced woman to remake my food, the other family said we didn't eat anything and your employee was standing there hoping I'd except that. I then said I understood but still feel uncomfortable with that. This whole thing took away from my experience and time from my grandbaby

The burger was luke warm but the slice of cold, stiff cheese made it crappy. No pride in serving food anymore.
