They'll apparently not only take forever to get your food ready and get people through, but they'll also ADD TOMATO to a sandwich that DOESN'T EVEN HAVE IT AS AN OPTION on your mobile order. I guess from now on I need to be extra vigilant so McDonald's: 1) doesn't make me waste $6 and 2) doesn't kill my allergic wife. Completely unacceptable.
For context, we ordered a spicy mccrispy chicken sandwich. NOT deluxe.

Employees not doing their job giving out wrong information about the milkshake machine saying it's broken when management says it is not broken . Shame on this location and their employees with their training

worst mcdonald’s ever! never gets the order right. doesn’t know how to execute orders as they come in. waited 15 minutes for my food while watching 4 people who ordered after me get their food first!

Every single time I’ve ordered from here they forget to add an item. You call their number and it’s always busy. This is the closest one to us so we’re have no choice but to go here because my kids live there food but their service is terrible.

This is the worst McDonald's hands down. I have the mobile app, and I order on the app. Last week they said the were having problems with app and couldn't see the order that they were down the last couple of days. They wanted me to cancel and place my order at the window. That didn't seem right as it was technically paid for and I didn't want to be charged a 2nd time and wait for a refund, because refunds are not instant as we all know. I was upset, but they were able to work it out with me and got my food. A week later thinking everything should be cool, I ordered from my app to redeem points. It was both using my pts and paying. I get there and guess what. Same problem, so frustrating that that IT was STILL NOT WORKING. Why in the world does the app let you make an order. At least reroute me to the next McDonald's that is working. This time I used points, so no way was I going to cancel and pay for something I was redeeming for free. And wait a week to get points back. This person who claimed to be a manager came to the window, very annoyed like I was inconveniencing her, all she said was you getting refunded. What she failed to understand that points don't get refunded right back. So I couldn't cancel and order at the window. She had no interest in resolving the issue. I still wanted my food, again not asking her to refund, but I wanted what I paid for. She kept saying I would be refunded again that was not what I wanted. She proceeded to say it wasn't her fault that it wasn't working. And I understand that, but it most certainly wasn't mine. As a manager you would think you would take some type of accountability for the inconvenience it's causing a customer. But she simply said "I'm just an employee. We'll ma'am you shouldn't be a manager then. She kept rolling her eyes and had that whatever attitude and didn't care about resolving a simple issue. So after back and forth , she decided she didn't want to argue anymore and asked what I ordered, still with attitude and asked me to pull forward. I was honest about what i ordered, I could have lied but I didn't. I'm not that type of person. She handed me the food and I called her over to ask her name and she said she wouldn't give it to me. Same attitude, who cares whatever. This person has absolutely no customer service skills, cannot deescalate only makes situation worse. Plus as expected all the food was cold and old. I wasn't going to wait any longer for fresh food, besides that would have been a whole other argument. I ended up throwing away the food and I didn't get my points back. This is totally unacceptable. Definitely not the action of a manager or lead or someone charge. I go to this mcdonalds a lot. And out of the whole crew, there's only one good employee in the morning in the drive thru. Other than that, hit or miss with the food.
