- HCHeather Crute3 days ago1.0The establishment was dirty. There was a Tea carafe leaking on the counter and onto the floor in plain view of the customer and no staff to clean it up. The Syrup for the Sprite and Dr. Pepper ran out and the carbonation/syrup mix for the coca cola tasted flat even after 3 attempts of filling my cup. When I informed the staff of the soda machine issue one female employee asked me if I ran the machine then proceeded to explain the cocoa cola machine worked fine and they were aware that the Dr. Pepper machine was out of syrup although it did not have an out of order sign on it. When I went to the counter to order an Orange Juice as a replacement drink for my meal, they same employee told me they ran out of orange juice. I reminded the employee that my meal came with a drink and she said, "well, I don't know what to do."
