  Just got from the McDonalds on valley hi and today a young lady name Kaya (I hope I spelled her name right) was my server. She greeted me with a smile and made sure that I got everything I needed in all of my orders (I had multiple). She handled everything with such a good attitude even though it was extremely busy and was going out of her way to make sure that all the orders she had taken were the right order and to keep everyone waiting for their food happy and satisfied! I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you Kaya! And on another note, this location is always clean on the inside and on the outside. I’ve seen a few GROSS looking locations so it’s always a breath of fresh air going to this location.

  No play place, small lobby, Every time I come to this location the employees never wanna take orders at the counter so I use the kiosk and the machines never print the receipt after paying. I tried to ask every time and I’m told it’s broken. I’ve been to other locations when the paper is refilled or they print out the receipt at the counter but not here. Employee just kept telling me no and could barely speak English.

  I’ve been ordering McDonald’s for many many years and every time I go for breakfast I was gonna make sure I get there before 11 o’clock so I could still get it. So far, I never had any problems with it but today I went to the McDonald’s on Valley high Dr., San Antonio, TX. I was there at 10:25 AM and they refused to serve me breakfast. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager didn’t seem to care she said that she was there over 20 years And that they’ve always stopped breakfast at 10 AM. Now I know it’s a regular customer that’s not true. I didn’t like her attitude. I’ll never go back to that McDonald’s again when I looked it up on Google I found out that none of them close at 10 AM although some might close at 10:30 if that’s the case, I was there five minutes before the cut off time, What happened? She said she would make an exception for me. I told her forget it and I left.
