I’m very disappointed with my recent visit to this McDonald’s location. My food was not fresh, and both my Shamrock Shake and McFlurry were not mixed at all. The overall quality did not meet expectations. I’ve had better experiences before, so this was very disappointing.

Just left asked if they can put more chocolate in my milk shake said it dispenses at same time so she couldn’t manger comes up to give me fries and cookies I ask if I can have a bbq sauce chick gives me attitude it’s 31 cents like if you don’t like your job go find another always something with night shift

The manager on duty wasn’t able to take my method of payment 100$ due to some sort of drop issues that have nothing to do with me then denied serving me, definitely caught me off guard and didn’t feel comfortable taking back thinking she had swapped out with a fake bill. Please fix this issue McDonald’s with the amount of money y’all make this should never be an issue on y’all’s end, I just cashed my check from a bank and received that bill from their directly. Waste of time.

Visited this McDonald’s twice, one week apart, and unfortunately had the exact same experience both times with different employees.
Both visits resulted in wait times exceeding 30 minutes. The first visit was on New Year’s, so yeah a little grace and assumed the delay was due to the holiday. The second visit, however, was around 12:30 a.m., with no visible line and hardly anyone around, yet the wait was just as long.
I want to be clear: We’ve visited several other McDonald’s locations in the area at similar hours and have never experienced wait times or attitudes like this.
Because this location isn’t in the best neighborhood, I genuinely tried to give the employees the benefit of the doubt. However, during our second visit, a male employee working the drive-thru spoke to customers on the wrong speaker, making it impossible to hear him. When we calmly let him know, saying, “Sir, you’re on the wrong speaker, we can’t hear you,” his response was defensive and unprofessional. He told us we didn’t need to yell (we weren’t), stated that he could refuse service, and abruptly said “bye.”
For context: we are not the type of people who complain, argue, or seek special treatment. We waited 10–15 minutes just to be acknowledged and remained polite the entire time. We had already placed and paid for a mobile order, so leaving wasn’t an option.
When we finally pulled to the window, a female employee was kind enough to give us our food, but that still took another 20 minutes. To make matters worse, the fries were frozen. Thankfully, the nuggets were warm, and the food wasn’t even for me it was for someone else.
I understand that late-night shifts are difficult. I understand that people go through things. But customers also go through things and many are simply stopping for a quick, affordable meal after a long day. People are spending their hard-earned money just to eat.
No one should have to deal with this level of disregard, long waits, and attitude especially when they’ve done nothing wrong.
This is exactly why Real Reviews exists. Not to attack workers, but to speak honestly and encourage better training, accountability, and basic human decency. Whatever is happening behind the scenes at this location needs attention. -Thank you
