They don’t accept the Halloween coupons THAT ARE VALID TIL 12/31/2025!! So whatever. I go to the Kiosk try to add my code and it’s not working I all for help once again and I get “I CANT HELP YOU” OMG worse location I’ve been to!!

Honestly, I don’t understand the decision to appoint him as the evening manager. He is consistently disrespectful and lacks basic manners, which only makes the situation worse. The role requires someone who can understand clients, communicate effectively, and think quickly under pressure. Overall, the establishment would greatly benefit from stronger and more competent management.

When my DoorDasher went to the window they told him. They gave my door dash order to someone else and to pull to the 2nd window and the never got to him so my DoorDash went in and asked if they can remake it and they said no and said they didn’t mess up the order and closed the door on his face. Mind you he’s been waiting a hour. I called and was trying to be nice to the manager but she was very rude and had attitude the whole time and didn’t let me talk and talked over me when l was trying to tell her what happened. She was mad the whole Time if you simply don’t like your job then leave .
