  Went through the drive thru around 6am today and ordered an oatmeal, 3 sausage biscuits w/hashbrows, & a large Powerade. When I got my order at the window the girl handed me the drink and a small bag and said have a nice day and walked away. I started to pull away and by the time I realized it was ONLY the oatmeal I couldn’t go back to the window so I parked and went inside. I told the front cashier and she told the girl at the window and I clearly heard her say “I GAVE HER 2 BAGS” and I could see them talking and making it seem like I was lying. The cashier was very nice and gave me my missing food. But it was a very sour experience because one item missing is not that bad BUT 6? And still her saying VERY surely she had given me the food making me look like a liar was offensive. I even told the cashier that the window girl could go look in my car so she could see she only gave me one bag. Also the Powerade with no ice that I order tasted and looked like water so that was a waste of money. I live in between Pleasanton and Roosevelt from here on out I will stick to the McDonalds on Pleasanton rd instead.

  Is McDonald's incompetent?! Not a single McDonald's understands no ketchup. No mustard. Extra onion. No pickles. Its the best burger to test your staff on bc they can never seem to get it right. Whats the point of a drive through if you have to go inside anyway?! Then i had to drive back because they got it wrong again! Girl making burgers with the teal in her dark hair needs to SLOW DOWN. Some people have extream picky eatters to feed with disabilities that will literally go into a spiral if something is wrong. They gave us a free cookie for the trouble but seriously annoying.

  I end up spending more than $20 in food just to play the Monopoly game and out of five stickers that I'm supposed to have I usually only get one or two because they never have the cups or boxes with the Monopoly game pieces. I don't even order McDonald's like this I usually order McDonald's only for my daughter like what the heck

  I placed an order for four I politely as if they could make my whole order cooked to order everything fresh The young lady that handed me my order had a nasty attitude rolling her eyes throwing the bags on the counter she had semi light brown probably blonde hair and some glasses on she wasn't chunky she was slender anyways all my food was cold I live one minute up the road it's impossible to live one minute up the road on a order that you purchased that you expected to be cooked to order because this way by the time you make it one minute up the road it's still going to be nice and hot when we got off the truck everything was nice and cold they had nothing in order over there it was a hot mess nobody tended to the counter The food was disgusting I wouldn't recommend this store to anybody in fact I think they should shut it down and fire all the employees because they're lazy anyway You got to take pride in the food you make to have a good business and until you do so you're never ever going to have a five-star McDonald's The day I find a five-star McDonald's I would definitely gladly post it and that's when they actually get the order right they screwed up our whole order y'all suck All the employees need to retrain and learn how to make good food it shouldn't even be a 24-hour restaurant thumbs down all the way around
