- BTBianca TelloFeb 24, 20261.0We came to grab our mobile order at 3am, we waited outside the speakers for about 2 mins, honked and nothing went around the building trying to find someone at the window no one was to be found, we literally had to call them to let them know we were at the window waiting, they gave me old nuggets that were just reheated and tasted like old oil, I only ate one mind you I had a ten piece , they tasted stale and hard. The fries weren’t even salted, we waited over 15 mins, probably a good 8 minutes trying to get acknowledgement from the employees who are supposed to be monitoring orders and drive thru, this was the worst service and food I’ve ever received.

Cashier asked if I wanted cream and sugar. My reply was the normal size with 2 creams and sugar. Paid $8.28 for it. Food came to me and it was only the sandwich and coffee....I asked the person where is the hash brown...he looked at me and asked is that what you wanted...I said yes because I ordered it by number not my the sandwich and drink only....he stated that he asked if I wanted the meal....he asked me when I ordered it...if he asked it, I didnt hear it because he asked it quietly....and I am old school that if I wanted the sandwich and drink, I would have stated the sandwich only and drink only.

It took a long time about twenty minutes to get our food . When got our food was worst food ever . Old nuggets everything was cold . Don’t even go there .
