Consistent Service Issue at 3806 N Loop 1604 E, San Antonio, TX 78247 – Request for Review
Dear McDonalds Corporate Team, I’d like to bring attention to an ongoing service issue at your 3806 N Loop 1604 E, San Antonio, TX 78247.
Each time I visit and place an order through the drive-thru, I’m immediately asked to pull forward into a parking space to wait for my food.
This happens regardless of what I order, and today there were three other vehicles waiting in the same situation.
This pattern suggests the current drive-thru setup may not be functioning efficiently.
It feels more like a curbside-style operation than a traditional fast-food experience.
If this is the intended model, it might make sense to consider a “Sonic-style” configuration with designated stalls for ordering and delivery.
I’m sharing this because I truly enjoy your food, but the repeated delays and confusion at this location have made visits increasingly frustrating.
I hope your team can review this location’s operations and make adjustments to improve service speed and consistency.

Service is SLOW! I waited a whole 20 mins for my order and my order was still incorrect. I used the mobile app. I will not come back to this McDonald’s again !

Unfortunately this location has gone down a lot , the food is not fresh anymore looks like they just have it sitting there for hours and ready to throw it in a bag …. Was looking forward to try the new chicken burger it looked so nice on the menu picture and this is what I got there was like 3 fried jalapeños all smushed and raggedy looking the chicken look old and burnt looking .. it was just disappointing.. save yourself money and just go to another fast food even if it means to pay a couple bucks more

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST McDonald's I have EVER been to. I waited 20 minutes for a single happy meal because they forgot about me even though I was parked in the drive thru. Everyone else behind me had received their food. I saw a worker on her break sitting inside and knocked on the glass to get her attention, and signaled that I had been there a long time. She laughed at me, got up and disappeared. I had to call four times to get someone on the phone to ask them for my order. And to top it off they forgot the apple slices and didn't give me any sauce for it. I had to tell my six year old that the people at McDonald's were awful and screwed up her order.
