Handed the woman at the drive thru window (1/6/2025, approximately 9:00pm) my debit card and a gift card. Well, she charged my debit card the full amount and offered to "throw away the old gift card." I thought it was a nice gesture; except, when I got home, I realized the entire amount was charged to my debit card. I can only assume they have employees stealing gift cards from patrons... Totally unacceptable. Should be closed down.

First of all the restaurant wasn't busy at all. The manager and two younger girl were just standing there just off to the left of the registers. They seen when I walked up. There was another customer standing there waiting for them to change her drink which one of the girls had in her hand and was talking instead of making the customers order right. All I ordered was was a cheese burger fries and a drink to go. And it took exactly 38 minutes to get my order from the time I stood infront of the register with only 2 customers eating one beside me trying to get her drink exchanged and no one at the drive through window. To be fair I've been to this McDonald's before and this is the first time that they have not taken care of their business. I think perhaps this colored lady the manager may be new and doesn't understand her responsibility calls for her to direct the team and not in that direction. ⁰

This place is beyond horrible. The management is awful and it shows in their employees. They do not GAF about order being filled incorrectly. They do not GAF about people complaining. I urge everyone to use their receipts to go online and give them a bad review so it gets back to corporate.

Asia tiempo que venía a esta lugar me llevé una deserción el lugar está más sucio incluso la persona que te atiende la comida la cocinan por montones esperando el pedido y cuando llega el momento lo meten al micro hondas llegando a tu mesa reseco y frío especialmente los pancakes espero y mejoren
