This is the worst McDonald’s in the city!!
It’s close to my house so unfortunately, I have to go here with For my daughter!
Now where to begin…
1. Slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to, It takes 20 minutes to get a sausage biscuit And hash brown. Oh, And the people that work there are usually just talking instead of working.
2. Today was the third time in a row that I waited more than 20 minutes for food, and then when I finally went up To the counter to ask where my food is… the lady handed me my food Right away, because it’s been sitting They’re ready for God knows how long. Once again, my food was cold.
3. I asked the lady upfront if there was something wrong with ordering on the app or what’s going on why does it take so long? She looked me right in my face and just said “have a nice day. “
I never Leave reviews, But I just had to warn people! Whoever manages this place really needs to pay attention to who they hire. There’s no reason when there is nobody in the store and nobody in the drive-through for food to take 20 minutes! Especially if my bag of food is sitting there on the counter ready for me and you’re just sitting there talking. I hate this place.

One of the slowest McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. It took almost 10–15 minutes just to get one order out, and every time staff came out to hand someone their food, they completely ignored the line at the register. There were 8 customers waiting, and they didn’t even take a single minute to ask what anyone needed.
I just needed extra sauce for my meal, but ended up waiting another 15 minutes with no one coming to the front. I eventually just left because no one was helping anyone inside.
This location is very unorganized, slow, and unprofessional. They clearly prioritize the drive-thru over customers inside the restaurant. Don’t waste your time here—go to literally any other McDonald’s.

This is the second time that I have ordered a 10 count nugget and have not gotten all 10 of my nuggets. Also they are pulling too many cars forward. Every time they pull me forward they forget to put my sauce in the bag and I have to wait on them to bring it, which means my wait time is extended. Pulling all these cars forward gives corporate a false sense of their service times.

The wait time was excruciating, and the staff was completely unresponsive. Doordashers stood at the counter for an agonizing 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged their presence. To make matters worse, the soda I received was watered down. When I initially ordered the drink, I was informed that it was red flash. However, when I asked for it with my order, the manager rolled her eyes and sarcastically replied, “You mean big red?” before walking away to fetch it. This was my worst experience at McDonald’s in San Antonio, and I’ve been to several locations.

Very disappointed at this location 1604/Bulverde. Service was slow, my Grandson wanted a strawberry smoothie but we were told the machine was down. I then asked for a strawberry shake but they were out of strawberry so he settled for a vanilla shake but didn't finish it because it wasn't what he wanted. My Bacon burger combo was fair due to being a bit Cold and it took 20 minutes to bring my order! There were only 6 other people in the dining area at 9:30p last Friday. The young staff were not very attentive as nobody came up to take my order so I used the menu board after standing there almost 5 minutes. It sounded like the staff were enjoying themselves back behind the counter and wall as there was laughter going on. The real disappointment was the price of $17+ for a small burger meal. I should have gone down the road to the competition (WB). McDonald's use to be our favorite but this location was disappointing.
