Rude customer service. Ordered food through the app and went through the drive thru, the lady greeted me and then never replied I waited a bit and decided to go up to the window. When I got there an older woman told me that she can’t help me and have to give them the code at the speaker. I was starting to get unhappy cause I already waited so long, I asked if she can just put the code in right there and I can just pull forward to wait and she said no and gave me a bad attitude and talked to me in a rude tone. I didn’t know how to get a refund so I decided to go back to the back of the drive thru to redo it. I was obviously getting frustrated and she never apologized or tried to help ease my frustration in anyway. The staff seemed very unprofessional.

It's so sad that breakfast is the only thing is good at McDonald's. Everything else processed. Food is not healthy at all and used to taste good now it doesn't and I hate to hate to take it to go because they always jack up. Your items

Service here sucks. I went through the drive thru, placed my order using an App discount and my order was placed wrong by their ppl. When I went inside to get it fixed the manager there didn’t bother to try and help me for anything. Was completely closed off and not helpful at all. I didn’t mind paying for the correct items I wanted just wanted my App Discount honored with the correct order I placed originally. Which was something they wouldn’t or “couldn’t” do. Something needs to get fixed with that. I think two stars is being generous also.
