There was no line in or outside and after 30 mins the manager was being nasty and rude when we couldn't even get a receipt for our order. Not even a refund. They would not help us but they took our money. People please understand that some of us have nothing but the money and food we have and treating my food experience bad be cause of you shutting day is unheard of. Im calling general manager in the morning. Didn't offer a drink or anything after 3 minutes for 3 burgers, chicken nuggets and fries. With no line either and fully staffed. Yall need to be elevated

It depends who's working the too so be kind unless you are disrespected which may in fact happen so be prepared to kill them with kindness.

WHEN did McDonalds turn from being low priced and friendly to high priced and rude. The staff looked so annoyed with having to serve any customers, the food was terrible and made me sick on top of all that!! That was the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had!! I will not ever be returning to any McDonald's period! Chick fila is a much better option, their food is great/ fresh, better tasting and you get 2 chicken sandwiches plus fries and a drink for $12.00. Wack Arnolds is losing it.

- BTBianca TelloJan 24, 20261.0The boy on drive thru looks like he doesn’t want to be there we went on 1/24/26 at 8:15pm, we told him to have a good night and he just closed the window on us, also the McFlurrys we ordered weren’t even all the way filled! Definitely will be calling to speak to a manager tomorrow morning.
