  playground area was fairly clean but hot it felt as if the AC wasn't blowing back there other than that awesome time with my children...

  I went in to eat there and I'm looking at the screen and the manager tells me to order on the computer. I'm like okay. I go to order on there and am having trouble getting what I want and I don't really know how to use the app so I needed help on that. I took it like they were to busy to even take my order and told me to do it myself. I couldn't get it done so I ask a worker "I'm guessing y'all to busy to take an order"? She tells me he's actually the one that's supposed to be at the register and points to another worker. As he's walking by me again I try to stop him again and ask him how can I make my order. He says I'll be with you in a minute. I've been there 10 mins trying to order and I couldn't even get help or couldn't even make my order. I understand y'all got drive thru but y'all ignore the counter for the drive thru. The drive thru is more important? Cuz I didn't drive through or seem to not have a car I can't order?

  Worse McDonald’s ever they are so slow they never have food ready they make you pull over to the parking lot and have you wait like 30 mins just for 2 happy meals this is ridiculous they need better workers and maybe get shut down because there services isn’t good at all no matter if they are busy or not they take long regardless

  Decided to stop at this particular McDonald’s this morning, March 2, 2026 to buy my family breakfast and to my amaze, I came to find out that this McDonald’s location will not give you cream nor sugar to put in your coffee yourself per owner. I was told they had to put the sugar and the cream into your coffee. Problem with that is every time they do that for you, they either put too much sugar or not enough so I’d rather do it myself. For a large coffee, I use 2 1/2 packets of Splenda and 4 creams. This will be the last time I stop in at this particular McDonald’s. I’ve never encountered this at any other McDonald’s.
