But the orders are almost ALWAYS wrong and unless you unwrap everything before driving away, you are stuck with it. Also, for a fast food place ... they always make you wait. And sometimes I have waited (no kidding) up to 15 minutes. I have actually had to call the restaurant from the waiting area and remind them I was there. I have called the location on multiple occasions and management is always apologetic and offers the next meal free (I always decline). But honestly, things never really change. They have an excellent location so they get plenty of business (and too much of my own return business for how bad they are). So they just don't care. I will start to take the trip across the highway to WhatABurger (which I don't care for) but at least they seem to care and get a simple order correct.

This last time I ordered a blue raspberry icee and the holiday pies and they gave me Dr pepper icee and apple pies which is not what I ordered. I tried to complain on the app, and nothing was done. Basically any other fast food place has better service than this place.

One guy had waited for 45 minutes for a drink and Fryes. 40 min wait and had to cancel the order. The kids working there said they had bag orders and when asked about the order we were told if we stopped asking it would be faster. Don’t waste your time it’s the farthest from fast food we’ve ever been to.
