This place is by far thee worst McDonald's in San Antonio, will not get all your monopoly tags here, they will refuse to give you them all. These people are unhealthy and lazy. Gotta shut this place down. Money isn't worth peoples trust in a location that isn't being honest in its work. This place is a disease to this naborhood. Can try restaffing but untill you get new management. Nothing will change.

Been playing Monopoly at this location for the past few weeks I ordered a new order today they stole my Monopoly pieces when I called about that the manager was really rude refused to answer what happened to the pieces said it's not her problem it's a manufacturing issue and she doesn't know how to fix it for me so just accept it. When I asked for someone higher than her because that's the only reason I eat McDonald's she said I can contact the number on my receipt which is not helpful at all then when I asked for her name and the owner's name of the franchise she refused to answer

i don’t know how this location is still open with how horribly operated it is. the staff is horrible and rude and the managers are even ruder. i can understand why the employees are so miserable when the managers are unhappy and rude, attitude rubs off. all i see on this location is bad reviews and at first i thought it was just spiteful customers, but after experiencing it myself 3 TIMES already, i understand it is just a disgusting and horrible store. DONT GO HERE!!
