  I door dash a lot here an not have a got denied to use the restroom before picking up a DoorDash when they told me no I have to wait till six thanks I wasn’t gonna have a DoorDash wait an hr so I had to cancel an explain to the guess less talking more preparing y'all might not no me I am patience but people I deliver to on time I never once had to cancel a order don’t lie to door dash if yall restroom ain’t available anytime for DoorDash tell your boss before I reach hr get it taken care of I show a report of yall talking having fun while others on drive waiting to be responded

  Do not go to this McDonald’s after 11 PM the 11 PM shift are extremely rude. They make fun of customers they insult them and then they try to pretend like they don’t know what they’re doing.

  Wanted to wash my hands before eating and the door was locked, says it for paying customers only. I would leave no stars if I could. There was about 15 employees that I could see from the counter and not one of them were trying to help at the counter. I ordered at the kiosk and as usual there was an issue it said it couldn’t accept payment at kiosk and it said give couple get the receipt to pay but guess what no receipt. There was a group of 3 employees arguing about some order and a door dash. And who is going home. It was unorganized, and no greeting, no may I help you, no acknowledgment. Waited at the counter for a good 5 mi. A homeless guy walked up and stood next to me and the one of the three that we’re arguing walked up and said how can I help you. Are you freaking kidding me. So at that point I told the very unmotivated employee that I was there first and she proceeded to ignore me and takes the guys order. So I proceeded to leave with nothing and didn’t get to wash my hands. Never again I thought some locations were bad it’s beginning to be almost all locations.

  Came to pick up an order and they said that they couldn’t do the order because they were already prepared for breakfast and they couldn’t make the person‘s food that they ordered. This is ridiculous. They’re not wanting to do their job and they’re causing issues with me doing my job.

  I've currently been waiting at this location for 45 minutes to pick up an order for a customer of mine, & when I pulled up to the screen the woman told me "hold on" 20 minutes later she still hadn't said anything, & I saw other people just going around & pulling right up to the window, so I did the same. After waiting in line some more,.I get to the window & the two old women there start chastising me about not waiting at the screen to let them know I was here, & that the food(just nuggets) wasn't ready. After 45 minutes. If this is the crew you have at 1am, they're absolutely awful. Edit: After waiting until 2am, I got out of my car & walked up to the window after they had told me to pull up & then left me there for 15 minutes. The women there told me it still wasn't ready, & that it was my fault for not waiting at the screen. I reminded them that several people went around me & got served first, & the supervisor told me she didn't remember that & that I must be lying, & that I could either cancel or get back in line. When I told her I wasn't getting back in line, because I'd been waiting over an hour for just nuggets, she slammed the window on me & refused to serve me any further, & also caused the gentleman in his car outside the window at the time to leave because of how they treated me. Thanks for wasting over an hour of my time & accusing me of being in the wrong when yall can't handle 20 piece nuggets in an hour.
