  This place is always packed and it seems like the food takes forever. The staff seem like they can never catch up on the orders. Maybe this is a management issue? I dont plan to go here again

  They are horrible i was waiting for over 10 mins for a 5$ bundle and when I got it they did not make it as I asked so when I went back in the lady looked like she didn't even use gloves and made my burger how I wanted it smdh DONT GO HER DONT GO HER DONT EAT HERE FILTHY AND NASTY IM SO DISAPPOINTED!!!

  So I live very close to this location, I go here frequently. With that being said, I noticed lately that the staff is all different. A couple months ago my favorite driver thought lady got fired, then from there I noticed all different faces and someone told me no one wants to deal with the manager there, which I get cuz she’s always super rude to customers. Now this used to be my favorite location due to the convenience of being close to my place, the staff was always super nice to me and I never had to wait long for anything and the best part was they made my iced caramel coffee perfect. Now with this new staff I’m always waiting long, my iced caramel coffee taste like milk every time I order it never fails and the staff for the most part is really rude. I think I’ve only experienced two people who have always been super nice and (a young black girl always at the second window and a young Hispanic boy always at the first window) other than that everyone else sucks just as bad as my coffee or should I say my milk.

  Went through the drive through. The lady who took my order was very nice. The man who took my bank card was nice. But he told me to pull forward and wait 3 mins for my fries to be done. Once I waited my 3 minutes I opened the bag and the fries were burn and dried out. I went ahead and trashed them. Both of the packages went to waste. I will not be returning to this location.

  Service here is an actual joke. I ordered my food at 8:28pm got benched for 25 mins. Finally got my order only to realize I’m still missing nuggets as per usual, the red headed lady was the only person that was being helpful and made sure I’d get them. It was 9:25 when I finally went inside only to find out no one was moving with a purpose. Finally getting my COMPLETE order for almost an hour. It is completely unacceptable
