  This is perhaps the slowest McDonald's I have ever visited. And they cannot handle customizations at all. Order ketchup on your sausage mc muffin and you'll get ham instead. Add cheese to your mc chicken, get no sauce. What a mess.

  Work deliveries early mornings. Can’t get into the drive thru with truck. Waited til 6:05 am when the lobby opens to be told that I couldn’t get in because they weren’t ready. Then she just closed the door on my face when I asked if they could help cause I was in a delivery truck & the app was saying curbside was closed. Will come back to this location while on route.

  Was supposed to open at 6 and the employee refused to let anyone inside due to them saying there not ready they also had curbside also turned off don't recommend coming here at all

  this establishment pulled 8 cars out of their drive through to make their time look better just to make their customers (myself) wait for over 15 minutes for simplistic orders. I wonder how corporate would react.

  Terrible experience. I went to get coffee in the morning 10/24/2025 around 8 and had a terrible and rude employee talking to me. For one I understand miscommunication happens amongst the employees that’s completely understandable, but when the workers take it out or want to blame the customers that’s not our fault. The issue here was that I went to get coffee and a younger gentleman told me, “it’s going to be a wait”. Then when I pull up to the other window an older woman was being rude and giving me attitude,telling me, “oh you didn’t wait so you have to get back in line”. And mind you there was a very long line! As I kept explaining to her I ONLY GOT 1 COFFEE THATS IT! AND ALSO THE YOUNGER GENTLEMAN DIDNT TELL ME TO WAIT ANYWHERE, HE SAID THE COFFEE WAS GOING TO BE A WAIT NOTHING ELSE! The woman literally told me she can’t do anything because I didn’t wait and closed the door on me. Now I had to get to work so I couldn’t wait, so I had to leave. Now I know that this McDonald’s treats their customers horrible. I have never had as much of an issue just for a single cup of coffee. The employees need to be retrained because this was very unprofessional. But in all honesty this is the kind of service I expect from a McDonald’s!
