    Absolutely horrible service Had to wait 25 minutes For 2 orders of fries, with no customers in line, think the girl got pissed cause I seemed agitated having to go park and wait, I think what I said was oh god. Got my fries 25 minutes later

    I ordered curbside and Jayden (i think that was his name, younger gentleman) came out and immediately he was amazing. He was funny, went back inside to get my sauce when his little bucket didnt have any, and was quick and efficient. mans deserves a raise

    If your store is busy you might want to do a couple things for the customers. I was there this evening around 5:30pm and there are two lines completely full for the drive in. I chose to go inside. Below are the two things that should be standard operating procedures 1) Serve a hot meal that is still warm when you eat 10 minutes later 2) Do not ignore the guest and have the employee be taken care of 1st while there is a line 10 deep. 3) letting the employees hang out at the counter waiting on their food in front of the guest. Really? I waited 15 years to have a Big Mac and this my experience? I also worked at McDonalds 40 years ago and we for sure were never seen being vagrants hanging out on the guest side of the counter
