  i live around the corner. really bad inside service for years especially eye rolling, manager raising their voice at employees and customers, ignoring the line, always a broken soda machine. I just do drive thru now. Theres a few women working there I always see who smile and say thank you. when they aren't there the other employees just hand you the food with no eye contact and get away with it bc im not gonna let my food get cold while i let them know they're rude

  Well…..I am a family of six: 4 kids & 2 adults, and this past Saturday night this location got my heart rate over 120hb. That’s because McDonald’s decided to have two drinks holder, I had 6, so three carriers with 2 dinks inside with no bag…..It was the NO BAG that did it for me…..At least try and appear to look sorry or empathetic to my situation….Lastly I missed the kickoff for the Niners and Seattle game…..thank you Mickey Deeeezzzzz @@+zzzzz

  Worse McDs staff in town. I’ve been to many locations through San Antonio and often. This is the only location that makes you pull over to wait for whatever you order. Staff is consistently rude. I complained today to a manager and she raised her voice speaking over me talking about they are privately owned so that’s why they don’t offer the same service and qualify as other locations. She interrupted me to tell me they drop the burgers fresh which is why you can’t wait for them at the window and have to pull over to wait. She told me they don’t do the supply ordering so they can’t control that they are often out of stock on cookies and pies. She didn’t have a reason for why they told me it would be a 15 minute wait for their new seasonal pie. Overall she was very defensive and not receptive to the feedback I was trying to give. I’ll go out of my way to go to any other location. A few miles more for better quality food and service is worth it to me.
