This is the slowest McDonald’s in San Antonio. They always forget something, and the managers are rude. They are always out of something. You’d think they’d be a little faster since it’s right off the highway. Except to wait 30-45 minutes for your cold food.

Odered a chicken Mccrispy gave me wrong item bad service second time they do this lots of young workers don't know they are doing Management sucks this for the one at Mccreless. Very bad service dirty restaurant as well won't be going back

Worst McDonald's. Hands down!!
Next time im recording the staff and how long the people wait. Tonight Uber driver stood there and nobody came to gave her the bag sitting there. Nobody i had to speak up because my bag was sitting up there with my drink ... because that McDonald's can't have their own self service drink station. So just imagine your bag sitting there next to a drink , just be watered down and nobody coming up to the counter. When I said hello i need my order.A voice comes out and says "go help them in the front" the staff the girl comes to the front i say this that my order??? She says oooh im off the clock!! Why is a manager.
Telling someone to go help when shes not on the clock??? I spoke up for the Uber driver too there's a person tonight that waited for their food while it sat there.
This McDonald's is minutes away from my house but it's sad I would rather order to the one where I work 23 mins away!!!
I have heard horrible stories about the service now next time I go im recording so the owner could take this location and their store serious.
