And the delivery driver told me they said they were able to provide a refund. When it came time to do so they were unable to do anything supposedly and I was told I would need to contact dash support. I don't even have doordash. Low and behold door dash was no help either. And I call this restaurant about my order and theyre unable to do anything. Ordered a classic quarter pounder pack. And 20 nuggets with fries and a flurry and large frappe. But theyre machine was "down for cleaning" and I got no flurry or frappe upon arrival or my 20 piece with fries. And was missing a 10 piece from the quarter pounder pack.

I arrived, nice older lady in yellow handed me my bag. I decided to order a beverage. The girl who called my name and handed the beverage to me was rude. I smiled and said thank you. She said nothing at all. She threw the whole experience off. Whoever hired her should write a PiP. If she doesn't feel up to the challenge of greeting the customers, she should stay in the back. I'm on my way to work, I'd like to keep my spirits up.
