First off let me commend whoever was on shift tonight in the kitchen for actually putting extra onions!!!! I've been ordering the same thing virtually my entire life and when they switched to grilled onions I was more than a little bothered and upset because even when you ask for extra you don't see any difference. Tonight however I did receive actual, extra diced onions on the burgers and it took me back to before they introduced the nonsense grilled onions and I loved every bit of it. THANK YOU to whoever made the food tonight. And McDonald's corporate, listen to me when I say this. The grilled onions DO NOT make the burgers better, in fact it just masks the onion flavor all together and it's like every burger that has the diced onions option might as well not have any. PLEASE change back to how they were made here tonight. The whole order was fresh and awesome. I've always had a positive experience here at the Rim location but tonight was a solid 10/10.

- APAngie PickensDec 20, 20254.0I went to mcdonalds earlier today and normally go in the morning for coffee but I placed order, then about 15 min later went in drive thru, waited about 3 min no one said anything so I drove to next window. The lady was very angry and said don't do that, I said ok I waited but no answer, she then says next time wait longer. Then when I asked her name she shut the window and walked away. I go here every day and never have issues! The young lady in the drive thru savannah December 20th at about 5:40pm should not be working hospitality and needs a attitude check! I usually deal with charee i believe her name is and is always nice and professional in the mornings when I get my coffee **edit updated to 4 stars as the manager (claudia) reached out to me to apologize and try to make it right and never had a manager try to make it right by me so I was really impressed. She also stated they will rotate more so they are not overwhelmed in one area. I appreciate the way she handled everything 🙏
