    My drive thru order was messed up, which meant I had to come inside to get it resolved, but Irene was so kind and helpful in correcting everything that it was still a worthy of 5-Stars experience!

    This McDonald's consistently smells like raw sewage. It's the nearest location with a play place, so I'll bring my toddler to play and every time the entire restaurant smells like raw feces and dirty water. The staff is inattentive and somehow manages to mess up the order every time in different ways. Most of the time they forget a meal and try to tell me I didn't order that until I show them the receipt they themselves hand me. They usually roll their eyes like I'm inconveniencing them by asking to receive what I paid for. Skip this location, it's garbage.

    The lobby of the restaurant smelled pretty bad on 12/12; we placed a togo order though meaning we didn't have to stick around. The lobby smell though; it was pretty bad, honestly I feel dumb now ordering food. Furthermore, I am concerned about skimmers being placed on their kiosks. Within 12 hours of my purchase, my card information was used fraudulently. Make sure to check the kiosks before using them.

    By far the worst fast food restaurant , not just mcdonalds but in the entirety of fast food restaurants ive been to. It doesnt matter what time or day you go, the food will be utter slop. Ive never taken a singular bite out of my food then immediately discarded my entire meal. No pickles no mustard with the sorriest cardboard fries. Im happy they messed up this order because after weeks of not having mcdonalds, i realize i deserve food much better than this, even on days i just want to indulge. Its a wakeup call because if their food is this bad, i cant imagine how horrible their kitchen must be They somehow managed to mess up a holiday pie LOL. It was cold and caked into the cardboard
