  It was ok, but my fries were cold. The team in back seemed to work good together and I got my food quickly.

  I’m only putting 2 stars on service because Emilio I believe is his name has a great attitude and is always so kind. Whoever took my order on the other hand, he’s the guy with the silver chain, He was very rude and dismissive, and not very hospitable at all. He almost seemed like he was rushing me when he took my order and when he took my payment. Emilio made up for it luckily. He always has a smile on his face

  This McDonalds location absolutely sucks. What happened to customer service? I did drive thru service and used the app code for a McGriddle without cheese for my daughter, that’s it just one thing. So they gave someone else’s order a sausage cheese biscuit. I was livid because it wasn’t busy nor was my order complicated. I tried calling and of course they never answer their phone. So I come back couple hours later before breakfast was over because I was stressing about my daughter being able to eat breakfast. Mind you I’m already having a rough week with my mom in hospital so this was very triggering for me. I go inside the restaurant because I figured it would be easier for them for an explanation why I’m returning to get my order correct. This woman who looks like a manager but has no name tag tries to help me. I tell her no receipt given to me and had to show her my mobile app for my recent orders because I use the code method to pay and earn points through the app. So anyways she goes and tells me I ordered it at the other location and she can’t help me. I had to convince her I was here at this location and gave the code through drove through. So she makes my order and doesn’t apologize. So that was rude. I ask for condiments after the order was given to me and she proceeded to take the person’s order next to me before handing me condiments that was directly behind her so I had to stand there 2-3 more minutes before she handed it to me. I’m also complaining to cooperate about this because didn’t sit right with me at all first thing in the morning.

  No point in ordering ahead on the app when they can't even manage to get the orders ready in time. Due to their own systems mess up, I got out at the end of a busy lunch line and I was told well the drive thru is backed up so it's going to take a while, but they just disregarded the fact that I'd placed my order in advanced on the app before any of those people in the drive thru even showed up!! And then they proceeded to treat me like I was an inconvenience and then gave me a refund 😂 trash
