They were then cooked perfectly but left a weird texture (redropped fries). They forgot all of the sauces that I paid for separately (29 cents)/sauce. Each time I sent a young man back he was polite.

That was until I came to this McDonalds and came to the window to get my food. Vanessa was at the window and the service she provided truly parted the clouds and made the sun shine again. She didnt just give me food she gave me hope. To this day I still think about that. So Thank you McDonalds and thank you Vanessa!

I tried to let it go the first couple of times thinking maybe it was just a mistake, but clearly, they just don’t care. They constantly give someone else’s order, and when you politely point it out, they get frustrated or act like it’s your fault. I’m honestly tired of wasting my time and money here. It’s beyond unprofessional and completely careless. If you can’t even handle basic customer service or check an order before handing it out, you shouldn’t be running a food business. Terrible service, zero attention to detail, and absolutely no accountability.
