  Not a super packed night like most but… last night was a loss! Like was the bun switched we got rough chewy buns, no such small bite half the bun tore up like stale looked like a wicked burnt tan! All burgers looked like they were channelin VanGogh

  Accepted my mobile order approx 948pm. Took my money. Recieved a drive thru code. Arrive 957pm. No lights on. Dark. Nothing. Why did it accept my order and take my money??? Why is it so hard to turn off and decline mobile orders? Lazy! A Lack of professionalism.

  Oh my goodness I hope I remember your name. Jason I believe. You explained how the drinks work and even came to check up on our table after a few minutes of us eating. I have never been in a mcdonalds where I was checked up on and I can tell you it makes all the difference when it happens!! Thank you so much! It's our first Mcdonalds in Texas (we're from illinois). Thank you!

  I don't know what the heck is going on with the crew tonight, but they literally are absolutely....rude. Every time I have come here, prior to this during the day, everybody has been cordial and accommodating and super nice and food has always been great. Right now. however. not so much.....

  I think it's hard to work in the fast food industry and try to appeal to everyone simultaneously. Obviously it could be cleaner, the service could be quicker and the customer service could be better; But it's not a one-way street just because a crew member is here to provide for you, and it truly isn't as easy as it might seem to serve many people fast food. An array of negative reviews don't highlight if they had negative behavior towards a worker, how busy it was amongst other things, or If the floor in restaurant wasn't clean enough because the staff was busy tending to the orders in attempts to not make a customer wait for so long. In which is obviously priority over a floor that could be cleaned at a later time, rather than cleaning the floor and then serving the waiting customer. No one is ever intentionally making customers wait, if preparing the food could take a mere second then you'd be gone quicker than you came in, fast food workers are simply just people doing their best and trying to maintain a positive attitude. This is why, I love this McDonalds location. I am motivated by my peers and I love interacting with other customers. It is a shame that they can't always provide items which may be unavailable, if a customer was missing an item; And if their general experience was unpleasant. However, this is never intentional! Mcdonald's is a highly engaging environment so everyday is different and interactions always vary and it might not always be the most positive , clean and quick environment but I know for certain this location always tries their best!
