Ordered my food, got my drinks and was asked to pull up to the next window to wait for order. Waited for 30 minutes. Expecting to get fresh food since it was taking so long but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Fries were cold and soggy, nuggets were cold, Buns on Big Mac were all hard. Parked to go inside to complain but unfortunately only drive thru was open and by that time, there was already another long line and just didn’t want to wait any longer. Good experience for today was just horrible.

My wife has an allergy to dairy and cheese, so she ordered a Big Mac with no cheese (plain, only lettuce). She could not consume this burger because they added cheese to it. Very disappointed

My wife was right that she didn’t get the drinks and he thru two chocolate milks at my wife luckily he didn’t hit my wife but he cussed at my wife really bad. After my wife talked to the manager she said she didn’t know what was wrong with the employee. Luckily when my wife got home I drove back and the violent employee walked off the job and left. He doesn’t know how lucky he was by walking off the job. This McDonald’s has been one of our favorite places but they need to have more control of their employees.
