  Dirty tables / floors, rude counter employee & slow service. Its normal for this location & I just accept it, because it's one of the closest & cheapest meals near me.

  Service was extremely slow, and when they finally took my order the chicken sandwich was cold and tough, tasted overcooked and hard. Sodas are not self serve, so if you want a refill, expect additional 5-10 minute wait standing in line with no one else in front of you. If you need to use the restroom, expect an additional 5-10 wait for someone to unlock the door. Staff behind the counter, would see me waiting and simply ignore me. And the bathroom was nasty, trash and dirty toilet paper all over, empty beer can in the urinal also the stall door latch was broken so the door wouldn’t shut or lock completely so no privacy. The dining area was mess, food and trash on floors. There were at least five or six tables dirty tables from previous customers that haven’t been cleaned and I didn’t see anyone cleaning or attempting to clean during my visit there.

  I went through the drive through tonight. I was alresdy having a bad night for I thought I had left my wallet at home. The girl at the window was superficial no smile no nothing. Not even two words. Whoever was standing in the background was rushing me after she gave me the food. I was trying to get organized before I started driving and I heard a real LOUD OH MY GOD in the background like hurry up. you need to keep less track of your times when your service sucks.

  Terrible service Drive-tru manager is serving things off the menu and Not even preparing them. Then Has the audacity to ignore me as I'm calling her Expired pies And None ready The regional manager definitely needs to come check on this store Petiful performance by this establishment

  Went through the drive thru and ordered a large coffee with cream and Splenda on the side and a large coke. Went to the windows to pay after waiting in line and they didn't even have it rung up in the system. The guy at the window takes my order then gives me a coffee. I ask for the creamer and Splenda but he says I said he put it inside because that's what I ordered. I tell him I asked for it on the side and he said no you didn't. I put it inside already. I said okay and took the coffee, ready to just accept it. Open it to drink it and he didn't even fill the coffee and there was nothing inside. I didn't have time to go back so I wasted time and money. What happened to good customer service? The guy had an attitude the whole time. If he didn't want to work with customers, I suggest he get a new job. And he didn't even give me a receipt.
