    Do I gotta say more? This McDonald's is always giving me problems, and I only go there because I live so close. At this point, I'm ready to make the extra trip to the furthest one. Yesterday, they charged me extra for dipping sauce that I didn't even get, and I had to go back to get it. Today, it was chill—barely any cars in the drive-thru. The same girl from yesterday was working, and before she gave me my food, I heard her laughing, but I didn’t think anything of it until I got my order. This is just greedy and embarrassing. Working at McDonald’s doesn’t give you the right to treat people like this..

    Neither of the soft drink stations in the dining area were working. I wanted a refill for my drink and was told it is only per purchase and I would need to purchase another drink if I need more to drink

    I'm still on hold while they try to figure out how they messed up a $32.42 order. I was unable to accurately rate the food I did not get, but paid for. The service is self-explanatory based on me being on hold still as I write this review. The atmosphere is based on the homeless in the area, as you too will be treated like you're homeless and not able to get anything from the fountain drink machine because of the lack of trust or consideration when the employee scoffs because they have to unlock it if you need to use the restroom after paying for your order due to the assumption that everyone is homeless. This is a long paragraph to write and edit for spelling and punctuation, and I'm still on hold, it's been 22 minutes now. *Edit* I'm still on hold. It's been 1 hour and 24 minutes now.

    0 stars won’t be back there’s other McDonald’s to choose from down the street this was just the first one I came by and I won’t be back the lady who took my order was nice and she let me add to the order at the window I appreciated her the young guy who had no problem handling skills is better of as a bagger and not dealing with people think it was the manager on duty who was very rude and acted like we were a bother I usually don’t keep my receipts on hand we crumble it up and toss it some where which here was a big NO when adding to the order I wish I was told to keep receipt on hand literally no other McDonalds ask for receipt when adding to order so I know this isn’t MC DONALDS POLICY maybe some stupid rule they made up anyways since I didn’t have my receipt they didn’t want to give my food even with me showing them my bank activity which showed how much and what McDonald’s took out they acted like I was trying to steal from them I ended up finding the receipt after making everyone in my car get off and look I ended up just getting a refund I found this really ridiculous and the manager rude management needs retraining on customer service Happened 3:00PM 11/01/25 we went to McDonald’s on commerce tested out the adding to order at windows thing…guess what after adding to my order at the window and paying when I went to the next window they gave me my food NO RECEIPT NEEDED TO CONFIRM no questions asked just repeated the order very professional

    No stars for me. Lousy drive-through service. From Josephine. Was skipped three times and no order taken. Had to drive to window to place order. At window she told me again to wait and took 2 more orders. Before finally taking my order. Very unprofessional and rude. Then the lady who gave me my my sodas told me to pull up and wait I did ask for Josephine's name cause I didn't see her badge. She explained to me that it's an automatic machine. I said right I understand that, but after the automatic machine stopped , she literally said how can I help you so don't give me that. I kept saying hello, hello, repeating myself Like come on get your stuff together people. The Jeep behind me had no problem. And took his order. Never again coming to this McDonald's. Then the fries were hard. Cmon McDonald's do better.
