Service is slow and not because they're busy but because they have people "working" that are trying to find reasons to get out of work. The "manager" is not respected AT ALL by the staff and actually said "yeah, what's up?" to a customer. Also, literally about 5 baskets of fries just sitting out....horrible experience.

After getting the young girls attention I explained I had been waiting with no one answering me and she rudely said " I just got here and just got a headset". So who was taking orders prior to me arriving? Anyway she took my order and never came back to the window, had someone else finish helping me. Not a way to start the morning especially when also having to deal with IH35 traffic! Do better! At least apologize! Sorry to say but I won't be returning here! I will continue going elsewhere!
