Order: 1 large black coffee + 1 medium black coffee with 3 espresso shots
Date/Time: 10/29 at 7:40 AM — Second window
Our order was wrong, and when we asked if the coffees were correct, the woman said, "idk I didn't make them." The older lady with the vest then tried to give us the wrong drinks again. When we asked for them to be remade, she responded, "If you want them re-made you need to wait at the front," with zero apology or professionalism. She brought the drink at the front window "1 large black coffee" and walked away.
This same employee with the vest is rude every time. 0/10 customer service — major retraining needed and/or new leader altogether.

If I could give zero stars I would. My food had a hair in it, gosh I wish I could a picture of it. My food also tasted disgusting, as if someone didn't wash their hands. My husband said he saw a guy in the back with no gloves on! Ugh I was disgusted, I think they said his name was Richard, I can't remember. He was wearing a blue shirt. Either way I was disgusted. Never eating here again, I guess they don't wear gloves.
