But today, a caucasian gentleman noticed me trying to carry my son’s breakfast platter and 2 drinks out. From a distance, which could have easily been ignored, he acknowledged the fact that I was struggling and offered a bag to me! I was actually shocked! Not working for tips, Im on my way out so really no need to go out of your way, but just because he cared. A sweet young lady came to deliver that bag to me, but didnt just hand it to me, opened it up, and helped me get the platter inside. These small gestures may have just been a simple thing to you, but things like this are part of the customer service and hospitality that many establishments lack these days! Please thank the crew working at Bandera/1604 on 10/9/25 @ 9:12am.
