After waiting about 10 minutes at the order menu and another 5 minutes at the window, the manager (an older man) became upset when I didn’t want to pull forward. He responded with, “You sure you wanna do that?” which felt more like a threat than customer service. When my McFlurries were handed to me, they were mixed incorrectly (which never happens), and upon looking closer, there were visible bubbles in them that raised serious concerns about possible tampering. After the interaction and his tone, it’s hard to see it as anything else. It’s disappointing that even the management can’t maintain professionalism. This experience was unacceptable and honestly very unsettling.
