I had a very concerning experience at this location. After waiting about 10 minutes at the order menu and another 5 minutes at the window, the manager (an older man) became upset when I didn’t want to pull forward. He responded with, “You sure you wanna do that?” which felt more like a threat than customer service. When my McFlurries were handed to me, they were mixed incorrectly (which never happens), and upon looking closer, there were visible bubbles in them that raised serious concerns about possible tampering. After the interaction and his tone, it’s hard to see it as anything else.
It’s disappointing that even the management can’t maintain professionalism. This experience was unacceptable and honestly very unsettling.

I did a mobile order for breakfast on Tuesday 12/2/2025 and they left out a menu item. I did the mobile order because I'm in a rush, and don't have much time as it is. I definitely don't have the time to check every single item that I order whether it has everything on it or not; also for any missing items. Once I made it to my destination and giving out the items to everyone; one of the breakfast sandwiches was missing from the order. This isn't the first time this has happened, but it will be the last time. So many other places to choose from.
