My complaint is seeing how the rest of the staff treats her. Upon walking in, Faith was holding the door for us and our car seat and one of the managers told her “stop bothering the people and clean the lobby” which made my husband and I feel very uncomfortable. Then while our son played in the playroom, I saw her try to make friendly conversation with two coworkers who ignored her. Your company hiring an employee with special needs is very honorable, however your employees not treating her with basic human respect is not.
