  Don't go here after midnight. I've gone a couple times (only place open near my work) and they take forever. Same 2 employees which I get it, they're under staffed but last night crossed the line. Was waiting for almost 7 minutes and not a SINGLE car moved. About within 3 of those minutes they finally took the order of the guy at the microphone. But I only had a 30 minute lunch. That's bad when not a single car moved in just under 7 minutes. There was 5 in front, plus 2 in the other lane. Even the guy behind me left so I finally had an opening to leave to.

  3pm at a McDonald’s with six people in line, and had me wait 15 minutes for my food. Which was wrong by the way. I’m sure McDonald’s as a corporation could care less about this review, but I hope someone reads it that works at this McDonald’s. It’s not a difficult job. I understand there is stress, and you work with teenagers. Been there, and have messed up orders myself. But come on… McDonald’s is high intensity, and fast paced. I can’t imagine it being any busier when I got here. Doubt I’d have gotten my food with whoever is running the place at this very moment.

  On October 7, approximately 7 AM I went through the drive-through to order my typical meals and I order from there at least three days a week. Who I would later find out what the manager asked me for my four digit McDonald’s app code. I gave her the four digit code, but she repeated back to me the numbers out of sequence, I corrected her. She didn’t repeated back to me the numbers again out of sequence. There was a long pause. I said hello she did not reply 10 to 15 seconds later. I said hello again I corrected her on the four digit code third this time I sent that she was agitated. Somehow, it became my fault she could not hear a four digit code and remember it in sequence. When she finally got the code right there was a long pause again I said hello another 10 to 15 seconds past I said hello again she then yelled at me over the intercom and told me not to talk to her that way and she yelled hello four times, she said if I was gonna talk to her rude not to come through her drive-through I was above her approach. It wasn’t in the mood or have the time to argue with her because clearly she was having a bad day. I have worked in customer service for over 33 years , whatever personal problems she has in her life does not need to be acted out to customers at her restaurant. She was unprofessional and clearly emotionally unstable whoever owns this establishment misunderstand that this “manager“ has completely taken customer service and obliterated it when I went through the drive-through , the ladies who worked there for years was very kind and asked if I wanted to speak to the manager who was rude to me. I said that won’t be necessary that she’s simply not worth it. I will continue to go to this McDonald’s because it’s conveniently located near my home and I have always had a great experience there but this morning October 7, 2025 was a terrible experience , my hope is that she has a better day. Take it out on her customers.

  Nice people, but asked for fries with LIGHT salt, which she did not enter in. Then no fries arrived and all which I noticed way after I left. Asked for ketchup and mayo. Only received ketchup. Not good.
