We watched 3-5 curbside orders have to come inside after waiting 20+ minutes for their food. Once our food was ready they only brought us half of it and said they would bring the other half and forgot. We waited 10 extra minutes for them to bring the other half which included all the fries and drinks. Lastly, the ketchup machine was out of order and we were missing ranches.
