I recently moved to this area and this is the closest McDonalds to my house. Every single time we have ordered here something is always missing, and not just one thing multiple items are missing and/or wrong. Tried calling and nobody picks up. I will go out of my way to go to a different McDonalds from now on.

As much as I will like to write something positive because McDonald's has always treated me GOOD for a lifetime (and this is super important), I will provide feedback to improve your restaurant systems in service context: I've came and walked out of this McDonald's location a few times already because the workers are not attentive to the clients at their cash register, today they were goofing off laughing in the kitchen when I'm trying to order food, it's annoying to wait so i just walk out and go somewhere else, also McDonald's as a whole needs to stop poisoning Americans with their 300 + chemicals food products that gets people addicted, its not moral, I usually physically feel bad when I eat at this restaurant corporation, so by nature; its some low level criminal BS crime against Humanity. However, Literally McDonald's has "come in clutch" Many, Many, Many times for me when I really needed them, for this I'm forever grateful. Thanks.

I ordered the Bacon Buffalo Ranch McCrispy BUT received a chicken breast with hot sauce and NOTHING ELSE!😡 Customers should not have to check their drive thru order. And constantly be told to pull up to the next window to wait.
The store responded with a link......and this was NOT helpful.

I ordered on the app for my family to eat at this location. They couldn't locate the order because MY PHONE was not at the location. After finally finding and preparing the order, they failed to include 2 orders of hash browns with the order. I tried to call to get a credit but no one answered the phone. This is not normal for this location so I'm hoping they were just having a bad morning.

Had a little rush but yelling and having fun in the back, knowing they had a few customers in the front wanting to order. Manager and another crew member Acknowledged us and said they will be with us. But they had plenty of people in the back afear working. Waiting more then 5 minutes for an order. Yes they had the kiosk’s 2 of them not working. What’s the point of them getting paid for service.
