  If you go back to ask for a remake, the manager will say he’s worked there for 14 years and will not do anything to make up for the nasty soggy burger you wasted your points on. Edit***Manager really tried gaslighting me saying they always put 2 cheese on a qp. Went to another location and they don’t. Maybe he should do something about that lying problem. Did asking for a remake bruise your ego that bad?

  I am a DoorDash delivery driver and I absolutely detest coming to McDonalds but especially this location. It seems as though customer service has gone out the window and left solely up to the kiosk. Backs always faced to the customers and they are left at the register for a good 3 to 5 minutes before someone comes to acknowledge them. A simple “ I’ll be right with you.” Goes a long way.

  Definitely the worst McDonald’s in this area. They play a lot of games and like to pretend your food was stolen if you order on the McDonald’s app! The McDonald’s app is legally just DoorDash with no ability to credit your account when they claim they’ll give you a refund. Then they just keep all your credits. They turn off your ability to chat and you’ll have to rely on the cancelled receipt email because they’ll remove record of it from the app and tell you that you never placed an order. Even tho you somehow have a receipt, order cancellation receipt and charge on your debit card! They’re liars!!!! Stay away

  It says on the table #. “We’ll bring it to your table” 40 minutes passed, nothing. I don’t have an order number because their self order machine was out of ink. When they realize id been waiting for my food they bring a melted frappe, with cold burgers. Wasn’t even expecting a refund but at least bring food i can eat🤦🏻‍♂️ never setting foot here again!!

  My visit to this McDonald’s was extremely disappointing due to a clear lack of leadership and customer care. Jason, the manager on duty, provided some of the worst service I’ve experienced. As a manager, he set a very poor example. He repeatedly interrupted me while I was trying to explain my concern and refused to listen, making it impossible to resolve the issue. Even more concerning, his lack of hygiene made the interaction very uncomfortable. There was a strong foul odor from his body and breath, which made it difficult to communicate with him at all. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a manager in a food service environment. Overall, this experience showed a serious lack of professionalism, leadership, and basic standards. Management at the franchise level needs to address both customer service training and hygiene expectations immediately.
