Jason, the manager on duty, provided some of the worst service I’ve experienced. As a manager, he set a very poor example. He repeatedly interrupted me while I was trying to explain my concern and refused to listen, making it impossible to resolve the issue. Even more concerning, his lack of hygiene made the interaction very uncomfortable. There was a strong foul odor from his body and breath, which made it difficult to communicate with him at all. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a manager in a food service environment. Overall, this experience showed a serious lack of professionalism, leadership, and basic standards. Management at the franchise level needs to address both customer service training and hygiene expectations immediately.
