    At what point does manager or ownership change things. The reason I ask multiple 1 star and an average of 3.3. Asked for multiple things. Thing asked for a frappe, didn’t have asked for a shack, didn’t have. Get to the second window, and the two cars head of us guess what they got.

    Petty how they treat dashers and uber eat drivers. They'll crank out an entire drive thru or lobby before they even think about glancing at you. Treated like absolute peasents, and we're supposed to be partners in helping you get more orders. Definitely calling the gm.

    The issue i have with this mcdonalds is the lack of customer service. Through my past 3 visits it has taken so much more time to even be acknowledged at the front counter. I've seen multiple other customers or potential customers also be ignored and most walk out. I understand your metrics and drive thru are important but at least have some decency to greet those who come inside. My food was cold, not fresh, and smashed together. Please consider how you treat your customers.

    Super bad service from the manager .. I placed an order which they gave me and missing things I returned to ask for it and she told me that they did not have them and another employee already brought me what they supposedly did not have and when I made the clarification. She only signaled to me with the hand that I would leave
