My family always avoids this particular McDonald's because it has kind of a reputation for incorrect orders. My mom and I decided to stop here tonight because it's just the closest one to home. We ordered on the app, one of the bundles (the 20 piece and 2 quarter pounders with cheese) and proceed to wait for 30 minutes. Whatever, maybe they're understaffed. We get our food and go home to find our order is correct, but the buns for the burgers are ridiculously burned. I get that mistakes happen in food service, but I honestly would have waited the few extra minutes to correct the bun mistake than receive burnt buns. Come on guys, do better. :///

Places my order on the app so I wouldn’t get stuck In the extremely slow drive thru they have. WRONG! Ordered my food 15 minutes before arriving. Then after arriving waited 42 MINUTES for them have my order ready (2 burgers,2 wraps, and a kids meal) The drinks were warm and watered down bc they fixed the drinks so long ago that the ice melted. THENN get home and why do I find..?? THEY LEFT OFF the kids meal. They act like you did something wrong by asking for the food you paid for. The kids here are disrespectful and unprofessional! This place is bottom of the barrel. They got my money for the last time. Whoever the managers are here need to do some soul searching bc I don’t think customer service is in their tool bag!!!
