One of the workers was incredibly rude, had a nasty attitude, and spoke to us in a very disrespectful tone from the moment we interacted. There was no reason for the hostility, and it made the entire experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. Customer service is basic, and being polite costs nothing. If someone hates dealing with customers this much, they shouldn’t be in a customer-facing role. I won’t be returning to this location unless there’s a serious improvement in staff attitude and professionalism.
