This company is the most awful place I could've gotten my meal from. Inside my drink I found a piece of mold floating inside my drink which is disgusting and when I called management about it all they had said was " oh we can give u a refund" The management was unprofessional and they didn't seem to care about this problem.

Went to the drive thru and the other line was moving right away and I'm sitting in the other side never got waited on. Will not be going back.

I would like to Thank Jacob so much for his outstanding performance as a manager. Let me just say you can definitely tell when someone get promoted because they were next in line and when someone actually earned their way up to the position they hold. As a daytime manager, Jacob did a wonderful job in fixing my order with a good attitude and good service. He definitely deserves the position he’s in and more. i’ve noticed that McDonald’s over the years has lost one very important traits that all fast food establishment should hold, which is customer service… All of these New and young employees are always too busy on their phones and always have an attitude and are there only for a paycheck… I wish McDonald’s corporate set their sights On my feedback to appreciate workers like Jacob and to Have more employees with outstanding customer service
