If I could leave 0 stars I would , I went at 1:05 and ordered a McDouble plain with cheese and a 4 piece McNugget . I wait almost 20 minutes in the drive through to receive a BITTEN BURGER!!! I was served a burger that was bitten , and when I went to go and get my refund the manager says “why did you wait 30 minutes to come back” . We had already waited in line for almost 20/25 minutes just to get home and receive a BITTEN BURGER ! The manger didn’t even refund the full meal . DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!!!!

So i placed an app order for the sw military location, when I arrived at the sw military location, they were out of everything i ordered thru the app. So I asked them to please cancel the order i placed and I would go to the nearest other McDonald's on poteet jordanton hwy. The crew member said no problem your money will be refunded back to your card. So I drove to the Poteet Jordanton hwy location and place an order thru the speaker, not my app, I get up to pay, pay 23 bucks in cash, go up to the next window to get my food and they could not locate my order. The crew member asked me for my receipt and when he looked at it, the receipt was a refund receipt, which I found profoundly odd since I placed the order thru the speaker, not the app. So the manager came to the window and asked me to explain what happened, so i went thru what happened and she said ok il be right back, then the window was closed. A few moments later I was asked to move up to the next window. I sat there for over 20 minutes until I finally became annoyed and back up to the window and ask what was going on??? They just left me hanging with 2 screaming kids in the back seat with no explanation at all to what was happening with my order. So finally the manager came back and said she had to count the register to make sure I paid.... so she starts handing me my drinks and I could see the ice was melted and the first 2 inches of drink was water. I asked for them to please get us new drinks. I should have asked them to remake my food because when I got home, our burgers were so cold and soggy. The fries were cold and hard. Nothing was eatable!!! They made our food and then made us wait until they verified I paid for my food before they gave it to us snd we were missing an order of nuggets. They should have verified and THEN made our food!!!! This is terrible customer service and I will never be back. I am disabling my app as soon as im done with this review. I've had it!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but the experience at this McDonald’s was honestly shocking. There was no one at the register, and the only time someone came up was to take a coworker’s order while ignoring customers waiting in line. We ordered through the kiosk, but the entire time the staff were yelling and cussing at each other, standing around instead of paying attention to orders. What concerned me most was seeing what appeared to be the manager eating fries out of the bags before handing them off. This location seriously needs help… worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s.

I’ve gone to this location a few times now and have messed up the order every single time. Either not giving us our entire order, mixing our order up with someone else’s, or giving us attitude when we correct the order or ask for sauces. Over all this place and the people that work there have a lack of effort and respect.
