  This mcdonald's sucks. Tell me what is the point of ordering on the app? If you show up and still have to wait twenty minutes for your order in the lobby. I'm watching them. Push out cars from the drive through mind you. It's not that busy yet. An order that was placed twenty five minutes ago could not be filled because they decided mobile orders are not a priority even though my order was placed well before any of those people were even inside of the drive through lines. I will never be going to this McDonald's again. The manager does not know how to manage a team efficiently

  Went to get a cappuccino so I ordered through the app. Got my receipt, went to the first window and was told the machine was being cleaned so I was told to pull up to the second window. I waited for 20 minutes. No one came to update me on what's going on. Just waiting there for 20 minutes. I finally had enough and went through the drive thru again and told them I waited 20 minutes and no one came. Finally I was told to pull up. When I did, the manager gave me my cappuccino, apologized and I left. Machine getting cleaned? No problem. At least tell the customer approximately how long it will be. I would've been OK with ordering a replacement but I wasn't even given the chance to. I had things to do but couldn't. Note to employee training: set the right time expectations. Provide alternative or refund. Communicate with your customers.

  When this McDonald’s first open, it was one of my favorite ones to come to fast service always fresh food but now recently it has started going downhill, well recently, I started noticing that I would get drinks and the drinks looked halfway full I’m not sure what’s going on with your system or they’re purposely trying to cut in different ways to make more money but I won’t be coming to this McDs anymore at least the other ones actually fill your drinks to the top

  The cashier was genuinely friendly, but I forgot to request something in a burger and asked if I could do so at the window. I was told no, and had to take a burger him for a child that would not eat it. I should have just asked for a refund, but they were running around clearly busy, and it was already an "incnvenience" to have them modofy something.

  The only issue I have with his McDonald's is that you put out the A crew out during morning/day hours and either the C crew or a skeleton crew evening hours. I've been coming here for 2 years and it's always been like this. What takes 5 minutes during the day takes 20 in the evening. Spread out the love McDs!
