She always brightens my day she knows exactly how I like my order (mcafe) she never is rude or aggressive like I have experienced there before and I still go here because Caitlyn is the best! I lost my receipt but I’m almost positive that’s her name she works the evening shift 3-10 I think? She wears a hat and pony tail. She is the best!!! She should be a manager honestly! She handles situations so well I’ve seen her deal with other customers and she’s great she is always great with me! Every store needs a caitlyn!!!
