We are a military family that drove in from Fort Hood, TX and stayed in the Hilton right next door. After a long day I ordered on the main event website, spent $70 on food with an estimated wait time of 20-30 minutes. My food said it was ready at 7:30pm. My husband walked over to get the food and it took 4 employees to help him after the first 3 employees blew him off and he waited an additional 35 minutes BEFORE receiving any food. When he walked back to the hotel he realized we were missing a plate. After calling several times with no answer. I called the next morning and spoke with the manager Mario. Mario assured me we would get. Refund for the missing plate and I gave him my contact information and my card information because we already left town prior to them opening on Sunday. I’ve been trying to get in contact with him about my refund just to be ghosted. Not only was the food not hot, but slightly warm, we were missing my husband’s meal and waited over 30 minutes and just for the bartender to finally help him. Mario is useless. I will have to contact my bank for a dispute on the charges. At this point we should be refunded for the whole meal. I was told by Mario last week that the refund would be processed the same day, no response and no refund has been given.
