  Hector and Maleny were extremely accommodating and helpful with our large group that we brought today. They put together a package for us. That was a great deal and very fun for our team. I would definitely recommend bringing a big group here to enjoy some team bonding in a fun atmosphere.

  First off the staff is great! Leah at the desk was amazing, superstar qualities for comminucation and customer service. Aidan who served us at the bowling alley was thorough and attentive. Jessica at the bar listened to all of my cocktail requests and made amazing drinks with a smile!! This is our second family birthday including many other visits and we're never let down. Ive seen the manager, Tracie, here all the times and she's running a great crew!! Including the dude who operates the escape rooms with the dreads, super sweet. Legit review from the family, thanks M.E.

  I really enjoyed the No-Bun Burger Bowl, even though it arrived cold. The Spicy Ranch Water was a highlight—refreshing, low-calorie (130 kcal), and not too sweet. It had a bit too much chili for me, but it went great with the food. The kids were happy with their flatbread pizza, tenders, and the very sweet Oreo Brownie Shake. We ordered at 8 PM and waited an hour for the food, which is typical for how packed it was. Typical service for a place like Main Event.

  We came for family bowling. There was a wait of about 30 mins. Which was fine. We went over to play pool and figured we were get some food while we waited. When I asked for the balls for pool, I asked if we needed to order at the bar or if we get a waiter. He said either was fine but a waiter would come to us. I was going to order drinks with him but as soon as he handed me the receipt he turned around and started talking to a staff member. He looked like a manager. After almost 30 mins we asked another manager for a waiter. Another few mins went by and we got called for bowling. The waiter then walked up. We let them know we were called up to bowl so we no longer needed service in that area but had been waiting a very long time for service. When the gentleman took us to our lane he asked if we wanted a waiter. I said yes please, we tried to get service in the eating lounge and it was nonexistent. He was nice and said he would get someone over to us. It was almost an hour into our bowling and we had to find someone to ask for waters. We then talked to the manager who did offer free bowling next time. The people right next to us were getting great service, multiple waiters were serving them. We were only a party of 3 and it was not any busier than an average Saturday. We spent $70 for 1 hour of bowling with shoe rental and 30 mins of pool. It was not in any way worth the money. They had plenty of staff, just horrible service. We declined the discount on the next visit as we will not be returning. As business owners ourselves, if we treated customers this way, completely ignoring them and charging top dollar, we would be out of business.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We did a very last-minute birthday gathering for my child at Main Event in the dining area with about five kids, and Angel was absolutely amazing. She quickly helped put tables together for us, made sure both the adults and kids were taken care of, and stayed patient and accommodating the entire time. When one of my drinks didn’t taste right, Angel immediately offered to replace it and suggested other options, which I really appreciated. Her positive attitude, attentiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond made our experience stress-free and enjoyable. Thank you, Angel, for helping make our celebration special! 🎉
