  We had my son’s birthday party there during Spring Break in the afternoon. The staff were absolutely amazing! Great and thorough to work with and super friendly and supportive during our time there. We had a bit of a different case with the ages of the kids but they totally supported us the whole way through. Tuesday afternoon was pretty laid back as far as busyness so that was a plus too. Food wasn’t the greatest, that was the only meh part. Would still highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place for their kids to party! Thank you Main Event staff, my kids and all our guests had a great time, even the adults said they had fun too!

  Atmosphere is great for kids. Always crowded. Kids Pizza was mostly crust. I was very disappointed with the service. Me, my son, my daughter and son-in-law were sitting on a table and were never approached by a servant. I went up to a group of three servants and asked what the process was, so one of them said she'd send a servant our way. We waited 20 minutes and no one ever went. So I asked another group of servants and I was told the same, that they'd send someone. I told her that's what I was told 20 minutes earlier. At that point we were all hungry, disappointed and decided to go eat elsewhere. And there were quite a few ppl working but not one ever stopped by our table. Last time I go there and definitely will not recommend this location

  Went to ME and first person I saw was CINDI! We have the same first name! She was super sweet, helpful and funny. My kiddos loved her. We went back several times to ask questions and she happily answered them and watched my 2 little ones while I did a baby diaper change! They hugged her on leaving and cant wait to go back. Her game recommendations were perfect for ages of the kids and combing a meal was just what we needed. You have a keeper with Cindi. So nice to be greeted with a genuine person.

  Went for family party Friday. Cindi was amazing. So kind and caring to my 80 yr old Dad. She was so helpful with him and watched him as we played activities. She sat him at a table close to her. He adored her. Went back with husband Saturday and she remembered us! Always smiling, helpful and polite. Every establishment needs a CINDI. We will be back and look forward to seeing her.

  We came for family bowling. There was a wait of about 30 mins. Which was fine. We went over to play pool and figured we were get some food while we waited. When I asked for the balls for pool, I asked if we needed to order at the bar or if we get a waiter. He said either was fine but a waiter would come to us. I was going to order drinks with him but as soon as he handed me the receipt he turned around and started talking to a staff member. He looked like a manager. After almost 30 mins we asked another manager for a waiter. Another few mins went by and we got called for bowling. The waiter then walked up. We let them know we were called up to bowl so we no longer needed service in that area but had been waiting a very long time for service. When the gentleman took us to our lane he asked if we wanted a waiter. I said yes please, we tried to get service in the eating lounge and it was nonexistent. He was nice and said he would get someone over to us. It was almost an hour into our bowling and we had to find someone to ask for waters. We then talked to the manager who did offer free bowling next time. The people right next to us were getting great service, multiple waiters were serving them. We were only a party of 3 and it was not any busier than an average Saturday. We spent $70 for 1 hour of bowling with shoe rental and 30 mins of pool. It was not in any way worth the money. They had plenty of staff, just horrible service. We declined the discount on the next visit as we will not be returning. As business owners ourselves, if we treated customers this way, completely ignoring them and charging top dollar, we would be out of business.
