    Main event was a blast for me and my friend today, tracie greeted me kindly, who i think was a manager, and dvaunte was a huge help for me and my friend who haven’t been able to spend time together for a while. Any issues we had he was able to help us with, he was always quick, cordial, and kind, wish there were more dveaunte’s in the world easiest 5 star!!

    We had an awesome experience at Main Event thanks to our server, Xander! He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. He checked on us often, kept our drinks full, and had such a positive attitude that really elevated our visit. Customer service like his makes a huge difference. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have Xander again!

    I had an outstanding experience at Main Event! The venue was clean, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and there was a fantastic variety of activities. From bowling to arcade games, and delicious food, it was a perfect outing for friends and family. Highly recommend it. Macícela was great . Will definitely come back . Rick was also very good to me and my family.

    I usually love this main event. We are frequent to it with many team parties, birthday parties & have even had spirit nights here. Tonight was the worst it’s been. The food took over 40 minutes to get to us & everyone around us got theirs fast. Our waitress barely checked on us. Our food came out looking terrible, the chicken was burnt to crisp & tiny for $13, luckily a guy in black shirt noticed my frustration & had them remake it. Some of the games had issues, & the bathrooms were dirty. I would rate a 0 if I could. I’m sad because I used to love this location.

    had a really disappointing experience at Main Event because of one of the staff members (Robin) attitude. From the moment we interacted, they were rude, unhelpful, and clearly uninterested in doing their job. Simple questions were met with eye rolls and short, dismissive responses, which made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. Customer service is a huge part of places like this, especially when people are there to have fun, and unfortunately this employee completely ruined the vibe. Mistakes weren’t acknowledged, and instead of trying to help, they acted like we were an inconvenience.
