    Maleny was really awesome and was a nice person she has an amazing service ! She is really the best server out there recommend her! She gives so much love. BRINGS FOOD REALLY FASTLY! I love her!

    So glad we decided to celebrate my 13yr olds bday at Main Event!! We didn’t have a party reservation, but Maleny and Xander made it feel like we did!!! They took care of everything for us!! Thank you! Thank you!

    I had a great time at main event but mainly I have to say when you go find Vaunte, he is super nice, awesome and great customer service! He made mine and my families experience so much better and pleasing. I really hope he can make your day better like he did mine!

    I had planned to do my daughter's birthday party here back in May. I paid my deposit for the weekend (May 17th) on May 4th. Unfortunately I had to cancel it on the Monday (May 12th) of the week when the party was on Saturday May 17th. Since it's in their cancellation policy that if you cancel up to 3 days before the event for a full reschedule or full deposit refund. The event coordinator emailed I'd get my deposit back but no time frame. It is now November and nothing. We called a couple of months back for an update and nothing. We shall see what a review and talking to them again does this time.

    Went for a birthday party. It was unexpectedly unorganized and staff was not helpful. After the mom of the party shared how she was disappointed the host decided to not listen to her concerns or offer to make anything better (middle of party). I felt bad for the mother. We go to a lot of birthday parties and feel bad for the mother after spending all this money and the lack of accountability and apology was disappointing.
