They walked in and were not greeted or given a hat like other children. They waited in line to place an order and when they got to the front of the line they were ignored again. Other customers that came in after them were catered too. Will not be returning but felt the need to let others know the customer service was not up to par. My toddler was disappointed but we took out business elsewhere.

I asked for a halloween box since most of the donuts I ordered were halloween themed donuts for my kids but i still needed a couple of regular glazed for a picky family member and was told no as the staff proceed to have personal conversations with customers. Then I was told they were out of the type of donut I ordered. Overall I am super unhappy with this experience and the donuts are expensive.
