The employee who was previously taking orders walked away and did various other tasks. We missed the hot sign by a few minutes but when we arrived there were still donuts on the assembly line, but when our order was finally taken there were not any more and she would not get warm donuts for us to purchase from the racks when we asked. The tables were all dirty. Overall terrible experience which was sad as it was my children’s first experience here and I came to this location as a child.
