  At least 4 people standing around 1 person making a coffee as the line backs up is unacceptable. I understand people don’t enjoy working a weekend, but good lord this customer service and service in general is awful. Can’t really gauge the food cause myself and others walked out. This is awful.

  My son wanted the Oreo donuts for his birthday we were advised did not have any. It was early afternoon asked if any would be made later advised there would be none. Disappointed but got second choice of iced sprinkle however, the donut received had limited sprinkle. Guess we should have gotten down we didn’t notice until we arrived home.

  Went around 830 pm for a coffee and donut. Was told they already cleaned the machine so they couldn’t make me a frozen latte. There should be a sign if it’s a certain hour where they don’t serve coffee and not stay open until 10.

  I went to this location to redeem my birthday reward and the employee taking my order was so rude. I knew I had to make a purchase in order to redeem my reward but I simply asked for clarification on what I’d need in order to get my birthday donuts. The guy just said “whatever the coupon says on the app” and was not interested in helping me. Then I ordered my extra donut (which there was an uncomfortable silence for a while before anyone answered me) and proceeded to the window. A different employee then opens the window, doesn’t greet me or say anything, takes my phone to scan the reward and walks away with it and closes the window. I waited to get my phone back for a few minutes and I was not told a single word. Then I see the window open and my phone is held out and once again not a word. She was holding it out from the side so she was not even fully at the window. I grab my phone, and then the box of 3 donuts was handed to me and the window was shut. I didn’t get my extra donut, I didn’t even know if I was charged for it on my phone, I was so confused and I just left. It felt like such an awful inconvenience to them that it was my birthday and I never want to come here again if this is how people are treated.
